It took me awhile to get correct phone # to call for help but once I did the online help desk everything worked out wonderfully. only reason not 5 stars is due to trying to get correct number. three out of three were no longer in use. I feel going straight to help desk.

the intial contact was good but my error script returned On retelephoneing reimage I was reconnect to a technition who eventually sorted the matter out after about 8 hours.

My problems appear to be resolved satisfactorily. Impressed by the time spent by your two technicians. Phone connections at this distance didn't go so well.
