Good service. I was told I would get a call at 9.30am but after waiting a while, I rang reimage myself. I took a little while to get things going, but then everything went very well. I am very grateful as I would not have done everything they did.

Customer Service was very courteous and thorough. It took a very long period of time to scrub my PC but I have a year's subscription now so if I have any more problems I can call for repair 24/7 as they say. I feel that the sales personnel on the front end of the call need a way to better communicate with technician at the end of the service. There was some confusion but it was ably handled to my great satisfaction.

Reps try very hard but often endless repetition and seem not to have handle on and up-to-date information on where repairs are at. If this is touted as one of the best services then some false advertising is being indulged in.
