First I would like to say that working with me on the phone is not easy. I am a cancer survivor and do not talk normally now. But both agents I had to "talk" to were very patient.. This is unusual for sure. I was a little unsure for the first few minutes. But all went well. I have not had the opportunity to check my entire computer., but have checked the e-mail account and that was fine.

Alberto DG was great and really new his stuff. The other technicians were good too. Only hiccup was that I was not told that the installation of Windows 10 would result in me looking all the programmes off my computer. Also the last call back started 10 minutes late, But overall a great service!

I open my computer , it was fast and the colors were true. The lady who answered first was patient and always calm. Search in french was exact. I like the price because no walk to a store,no waiting ........If i have problem in the futur reimage will be my first call.

I had to remind you to fix the Google script connection problem which should have been done in the cleanup. I like your survey, but all the various services(VPN.etc.) were not well explained to me. I suggest sending new customers a written pamphlet of the various services and their prices and duration for the price so they will have a permanent record of all the details, which can be confusing.
