“Very poor service. Requested a cancellation via email as I couldn’t do it online, received no response up to now. Absolutely appalled. As I didn’t even need the insurance because the car rental was going to take hold of 2000 euros if I didn’t have the insurance with them & to top it off Hertz full protection was cheaper! So I’ve now paid double insurance. Ridiculous!”

“So easy & costs much much less than the rental car company insurance. Mercedes Australian now uses Europcar for their service cars loan cars. Yes !! We the customer has to pay the excess on a service loan car. They say it’s up to you but with up to a $ 2500 Excess if you get damage. Eg key scratched or window breakin you pay the Excess. So get Rentalcover.com it takes minutes to fill in the quote & your covered to drive out. Have used Rentalcover.com overseas & now here in Australia for domestic cover. High recommended”
