“Be very careful , with the company rental cover. My application numbers are 40K1-LIPINS and WMV-3044-IS This is a fraudulent organization. I used her services twice. The first time they didn't want to pay insurance, they pretended that they couldn't transfer money to my card. I had to appeal to the Consumer Protection Society with a complaint in France. After that, rental cover immediately transferred the money. There was a second insurance case. They considered the application for two months, I provided them with all the documents. But they constantly pretended that they were missing something from the documents. As a result, the same situation AGAIN, they said they could not pay my insurance. Here's what they told me: "We understand that this may not be the result you expected. " You draw conclusions yourself, I will file a complaint against rental cover again. I do not recommend this insurance company.”

“They responded very daily to my claim and to all my emails and after a few efforts or misunderstandings getting the correct documents to them eg cost invoice, photo of me holding my driver’s licence, my claim was accepted. The money was in my bank account in two days.”

“I am completely satisfied with the communication and handling of the claim by RentalCover.com The car rental company made me responsible for a damage which was already there when I picked up the car. The damage was very small and overseen by me AND by an attendent at car pick-up (the car showed a few damages which all were not pre-recorded, so I asked an attendent to record these damages). Because we oversaw the small damage they made me responsible for it. I even had a picture of the car at pick-up where the claimed damage can be seen but the car rental company refused my argumentation. So I gave the handling to RentalCover.com and they reeimbursed my credit card within a few days.”
