I would like to give a 5 star, but not being the first time when a tool it is claiming that it can fix win10 issues, I was expecting not to be entirely true. This is why I preferred to test first the free version (manual fix) and to check. So, I am sorry to give you this not positive feedback but, after a long manual fix, for 3 times now, using your tool, the issues are the same: - Crashed programs: Dbxsvc - listed as fixed but not. The issue persist from a Restoro run to another. - Brocken Registry: Startup (1 issue), MissingValues (147 issues) and TypeLib (1 issue), are all persistent too. - Privacy Traces: Chrome (14 issues) and Microsoft Internet Explorer (231 issues) are persistent too. Junk Files: 316.7MB that are still there, whatever I try to clean with restoro. So, with all these, should I congratulate myself for not spending money or to believe than a payed version will simply work much better?

temp programs needed to run simulator, was removed,, bad reinstalled prog. and it removed them again.

I still have issues after 3 plus hours of waiting. I will be calling back tomorrow to try to resolve the issues. I sure hope they can be resolved.

I came across this Restoro repair web site, when looking for assistance to get my computer working properly. The customer service representative charged me $369.25, after I paid, $61.00 they had requested before I talked to that representative. I was livid! I really needed help removing the viruses from my hard drive. So I watched Travis, the technician, work on my computer. he would come and go on my PC when working on it. then went into the section were you turn programs etc. off and on. He disabled several of them. I was not happy. Whan=en all done; I still couldn't install any new program. I lost Print Master, and needed it back. 3 calls, after the fist call; I got 3 refunds amounting to 371.25 with $56.00 paid to them, and they turned off my services/subscription. On the 3rd call, the representative activated one single PC with Restoro. So After all of that, I got what I paid for. I'm exhausted, and still can't install any programs.

The free trial of the software that is specifically designed to remove things from your computer....does not remove anything from your computer? All it does is scan your computer, then scare you with found issues, and then tell you the only way you can fix it is by spending a minimum of $30. By that point, explain to me how this isn't just ransomware lite? Why would anyone have downloaded the trial if not to use it? At the very least the free trial should be a trial of the FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SOFTWARE. Even a little as only removing certain "main risks" but having to purchase the full version for a "deep clean". Giving me absolutely nothing does not make me want to buy your product, it makes me want to call it a scam. It's sort of like telling me to see if a pair of shoes fit by sitting it on top of my foot.

The support chat had difficulty understanding the problem. They also wouldn't read the notes from my previous communication, so every time I had to start over and talk through what I'd already done. Some of their instructions were not clear and when I asked to clarify, they still were not clear. I gave up and will find support elsewhere.

Used the basic program for a one time cleaning. Did not get license key so would not work and no response from customer service. Finally used the free option to clean system group by group. Still would not fix broken registry and privacy traces. Terrible experience! Terrible service! Terrible results!!

The people are nice on the phone .. but I had issue with my computer they said first it was Trojan.. so I need them to removed it coast 300.00 with the company.. they turned around 6 hours later and set up an appointment to talk to me. Then they called me they told me it was my harddrive that was going bad. After I get one they can help me get my computer going again. Once harddrive came I called to have them help get met my computer up and running. They could not.. it wasn't from lack of trying.. they could do anything.. They thought my new harddrive was bad. I took my computer to a friend who has a repair shop. Asked him to test the the new harddrive and let know if it is bad.. it wasn't. I then had him go though my computer and find out what the issue was.. he called me back the next day.. Told it was the last update the Microsoft did. There was glitches in the update.. He took my Microsoft of my computer and installed Microsoft.. Computer fixed... as for the harddrive he put it in a case and made me an external harddrive.. The thing is the 300.00 I payed the company was a waste of money I didn't have to waste.. I would rather get the money back because ya didn't find the real problem nor fix my computer.

I was told I had to wait Two billing cycles to receive my refund & I think that is ridiculous !

Actually, I got this software because I wanted to completed empty my dive D so that I can format it. I was so sure your software would be good after reading the description but I felt disappointed some how because it did not fix that.

It is an excellent program; BUT I could not get help with re-installation after my computers crashed. Neither I could receive a reply to my email sent to dpo, nor could I receive any help from the other channels on the internet after I pleaded for help. A few minutes ago, I tried to use the program again. Somewhere, somehow I saw a link, 'already have license'. I closed Restoro, and I proceeded to copy my license. When I went back to run Restoro again, I could no longer find the location where to click to paste my license. I am so sorry for the negative experience, because I highly value the features.

Your program has lots of spinning lights and slick graphics, but it did not resolve my error code OX 800703EE. I am not sure if did any good to my computer at all.

I can't copy and paste the key. If I try to pay for the Premium edition which quotes AUD$54.95 it is charging AUD$60.45. How can I trust you?

From what I observed, the virus scans I ran with Panda, and the system scan I ran with Advanced System Care, resolved the issues.
