The people are nice on the phone .. but I had issue with my computer they said first it was Trojan.. so I need them to removed it coast 300.00 with the company.. they turned around 6 hours later and set up an appointment to talk to me. Then they called me they told me it was my harddrive that was going bad. After I get one they can help me get my computer going again. Once harddrive came I called to have them help get met my computer up and running. They could not.. it wasn't from lack of trying.. they could do anything.. They thought my new harddrive was bad. I took my computer to a friend who has a repair shop. Asked him to test the the new harddrive and let know if it is bad.. it wasn't. I then had him go though my computer and find out what the issue was.. he called me back the next day.. Told it was the last update the Microsoft did. There was glitches in the update.. He took my Microsoft of my computer and installed Microsoft.. Computer fixed... as for the harddrive he put it in a case and made me an external harddrive.. The thing is the 300.00 I payed the company was a waste of money I didn't have to waste.. I would rather get the money back because ya didn't find the real problem nor fix my computer.
