I am not computer literate so it was difficult plus I could not understand what the technician was aking me to do or what to type (had to spell for me). Once able to chat on line it was much easier.

i did not get customer satisfaction. that was a hefty price to pay and hung up the phone. issue was not resolved!

I wanted to activate Restoro on a new computer, I also mentioned that my last renewal on a different computer I was charged two times - 9/12 - $43.97 & 11/9. The person that I talked to said she talked to her manager and they would process a refund. Instead, what they did was cancel the installation that was just made on the new computer, and charged me $150.00 for technical work that she said was needed to fix some trojan and other VPN things not taught

I was very excited when I loaded my one time option, as it appeared there were many issues. Unfortunately, my monitor went dark sometime during the process, prompting a call to tech support. They are currently working on the issue.

They did what they said they would however it took 10hours the get the problems fixed.

After paying $699.00 I still had a few programs missing and had to re-install them from old, saved CD's. My EZ Address program was from a later version so I had to purchase a later CD for $34.90...........also, in addition to charging me $699.00, they kept the previous charge of $41.95 they had charged me just 30 minutes before they charged me the $699.00 To be perfectly honest, if I could, I would ask them to reverse the $699.00 charge and credit back my account. I had to get a Tech to get my checking accounts and other programs reinstalled.

Problem was not resolved due to techs analysis which indicated Norton software issue. All conversations with reps ended with wanting to sell more software to solve problem.

I paid for Restoro by Visa; then Restoro collapsed because when I tried to download at the 1,3,3 indication the numbers did not come down low enough on my screen so that I could properly hit the download. If I tried to minimize screen so that I could hit download , the whole screen disappeared instead of getting smaller. Please HELP>

I purchased Restoro Around 5 to 6 Months ago. Changed Computers around 12/21/2021 Restoro Gave me a new key, Pasted key when everthing. but #'s When key went ok accept, But the Letters were all CAPITOLS. Have used the program no more than 60 Days. What Do I Do Now? Hope you can figure out the problem.

Initially I was impressed with the information I received. After a few encounters I received from responses to email. At one point I gave up on Restoro completely. Had I initiated earlier I would have asked for a refund and/or requested stop payment on the fiasco that was to me a train wreck. I was able to contact a local computer repair who had my computer repaired and working as if I had just purchased the computer. A dissatisfied Restoro owner. Mike Quinlivan

I do not know enough about computers to comment on how well the technician did his job but the spurious emails I was receiving have now gone so he must have been good.
