Had many issues after installing windows 10 from 7. Many corrupt files and viruses. They got them out.

I was having challenges transferring over information from an old computer to a new one and important files and functions didn't seem to make it. Restoro's technicians quickly responded and were able to get me up and running in a few hours. As a small business owner I was really stuck and they gave me the help I needed.

I signed up to have my computer fixed so I could install a printer. The DLL system was not allowing me. After all that time on the computer with the customer service person, they said they could not fix what was wrong, that I needed more technical support. So it cost me WAY more than the original price to have a technician "fix" all the problems. The only difference I see now is that I have McAfee installed and my printer works. Was it worth it? Not sure. The technician installed McAfee but informed me I need another software install to prevent hackers. More money. I probably should have gone ahead and just purchased a new computer and had all this set up at the store. Too late now. I'll see how this goes for the next year, supposedly.

My laptop was running slowly. It seems to be quicker now and I'll test it tomorrow. It took quite a time to analyse and fix the problem including some times when nothing seemed to be happening.

Computer was not connecting with printer via wireless. Manuel fixed problem quickly and was very good at communicating so I could do what I needed to

My main issue was one of trust. The initial assessment was provided promptly. I found the inter-action with the engineer a little unsettling as a lot of questions were a repeat of what was covered in the initial assessment. The repair was provided very promptly. I am yet to assess whether the original issue of not connecting to the wifi on start-up has been fixed.

Restoro serviced 2 desktop - 1 two months new / 1 eight+ years old. . . both on same network. A 5-star rating will be awarded during the later stages of 3-year service plan.

When I originally signed with Restoro a year earlier, I'k sure they told me that the McAfee was for 3 years. Now they say it's only for one. There is a bit of a language barrier for natively speaking English people.

Microsoft Outlook did not work so no Emails fo some days. I was considering calling an Engineer to repair it which is very expensive. Instead I purchased Restoro, and it completely cleared all my errors and Email came back on in less than twenty minutes. It is a First Class service and avery good price annually.

Repair process took longer than we were told. We have yet to have questions answered, such as how can we monitor our computer on our own to avoid some of the problems we've encountered at this point.
