“I was under the impression that a one year policy would resolve all of the problems. In reality it only fixes problems with windows. To fix internal computer problems requires additional costs or up sales. I chose the additional costs, because It was impossible to operate the computer. The problems were resolved to my satisfaction and the technicians we patient and pleasant. I would suggest that Restoro is more open about what it covers in their web site.”

“I had a broken day of schedules, but Restoro operator took the trouble to call back at my convenience. They confirmed my allegation that the internet provider was operating at an impossibly slow speed which now at my intervention has been remedied. They have provided me with a new antivirus program which hopefully will prevent popups and other virus intrusions. All up a job well done and I thank them for their patience. Brian Cornell”

“the service people were very polite and wanted to be helpful. called me many time to insure problems were fixed. i move forward with the hopes that there are no more problems, but if there are, i was prompted to call back. they seemed genuinely ready to make things right.”

“Well they did not return my phone call the first time i called in. However this time they did fix it through i had to go through 3 different technician and took over half an hour from the start of the phone call till i got a technician that could fix my computer.”

“I've had computer degradations issues over the past couple of months, 6 yr old pc. This am, i found Restoro online, youtube had a pretty good sales video, i decided to give it a shot after: 1) Microsoft office apps said image corrupted? 2) download of office 365 didn't fix anything. There were two lengthy sessions, each > 1 hr, one where i was only in partial attendance. At the end, both Word & Excel were working, i didn't have to engage an alternate book-keeper for this venture I am now on.”
