“as far as i can tell, my computer is working much better. it costed me almost as much as a new cheap computer would cost, but i didnt have to leave home. theres always an added sales pitch, which is a bit annoying, but overall i am satisfied”

“I have had a few attempts with other companies along these lines in my past but I have never had such courteous and knowledgeable employees on call! I would highly recommend Restoro to any serious computer users! I only gave 4 stars as I am on fixed income and can't afford some of the packages offered! therefore price is the only factor that I had with this procedure.”

“Randy called me this AM to vfy if my PC was running ok, he fixed some minor issues, explained why Microsoft updates not downloading (due to Microsoft no longer supporting version 1909 in my 3 yr old PC) and made a follow up appt. The techs patiently try to resolve problems but are very busy. In the future, I will go to the website and make an appt because the ph #s are very busy. Restoro is a good technical support service.”

“have to say that the costs of your service, although worth it to a power user, comes as a shock to a retired low volume user who still turns paper over to use the back side of the printer paper”

“Restoro does a very good job but sometimes has not been able to keep appts on time and is hard to reach a tech because they are very busy. Once you reach a tech they try to fix problems if possible. Tech Cindy did great job of restoring all of my files etc, and Randy followed up with call to vfy if satisfied and make adjustments. It is a good service but very busy.”

“The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I haven't had time yer whether the fix has worked. I will only know once i have used the computer for a while. The staff I dealt with were very helpful and not at all condescending.”
