“I think that for doing a deep cleean of the computer it should have taken longer than 9 minute4s to complete. But the computer appears to be working fine”

“after my monthly clean up was done yesterday I noticed that I could not open some of my others programs (Microsoft Word, Mozilla Firefox, Restoro and others. So I called again this morning to get those issues fixed and I'm happy to report that I received excellent service and within 15 minutes all issues were fixed. “This whole renewal and subscription process is very poor. There is no way of logging to my account on the Restoro webpage. The software keeps displaying a renewal reminder after purchasing three licenses. There is no visible means to determine whether there was updates to the downloaded package”
