“Their customer service is awful. One of those companies where they clearly don't read what you've written. As it is Norton 365 identifies this as a virus and deletes it.”

“After several years, my laptop was operating very slowly. Something needed to be done. The Restoro techs spent over two hours thoroughly assessing the presence of viruses and other problems responsible for the impaired operation, then making the needed repairs. I found Restoro's techs to be very competent, courteous, and effective.”

“I was very excited when I loaded my one time option, as it appeared there were many issues. Unfortunately, my monitor went dark sometime during the process, prompting a call to tech support. They are currently working on the issue.”
