“Not sure what I bought here. I signed up for the one-time application, started out with something over 2000 items to fix. Went through the process and ended up with something over 200 items yet to be fixed. Looks to me like I'm expected to pay again to get the 200 items fixed. Not sure what I got, but we'll see if it runs any better.”

“Logged into the website to get the basic utilities for around $40/year; ended up with a considerably more expensive manual tune-up ($300 for a year of unlimited service), but it appears that a lot was done to improve the computer's functioning.”
