“I wanted to activate Restoro on a new computer, I also mentioned that my last renewal on a different computer I was charged two times - 9/12 - $43.97 & 11/9. The person that I talked to said she talked to her manager and they would process a refund. Instead, what they did was cancel the installation that was just made on the new computer, and charged me $150.00 for technical work that she said was needed to fix some trojan and other VPN things not taught”
