So they locked my account for suspious activity (I was in a different country and made some purchases). It's been locked for a week... can't get through to anyone.

Unauthorized transection of £2k with… Unauthorized transection of £2k with Revolut Lost over two thousand pounds from my account with out even my information. I complained but nothing happened. They won't even response to my chat anymore. This is a clear scam. There is not one telephone number and only a chat bot. I will be taking legal actions with an attorney if I do not get a response refund. If you value your money, do NOT put it in Revolut. If I do not get a refund for my hard earned money I will get an attorney and initiate a law suit on this company.

Before it was working fine but now they decided to change the way of depositing money for no reason. The only reason was i was using it is because i live in Belgium and the cards here are seriously messed up and adding money on revolut was one option. Not the easiest but it was ok-ish. NOW BECAUSE A BRILLIANT MIND THAT CHANGED THE WAY MONEY ARE ADDED I CANT USE MY BELGIAN CARD ANYMORE?! So obviously i won't use this app which is useless. Don't waste your time, use a proper app.

Revolut steals money 1 on 5 because I had few bad adventures with Revolut. 1rst they have scammers registered on their bank with false identity. I had a bad story with a scammer and made a transfer. It was proven that it was fake ID, and they did not want to refund a transfer. This should not be possible for an online bank, and they should verify that the Passport and Id actually exist. 2nd : They blocked my card with no reason in critical moment during a trip, that made me cost money and did not assume for their fault. while buying a flight, Revolut blocked my car when trying to buy a travel insurance associated to the flight. Now I tried to buy the insurance separately from my flight, but now it was 80 usd more than prices I had along with my flight So I wrote to Revolut support to ask the to pay the difference. Why I would pay the 80$ difference if they blocked my card while doing a regular transaction ? They just refused... Strangely seconds following the purchage of my flight, I received a notification from Revolut on my phone proposing to upsale their own travel insurance. I highly suspect them to block my card to upsale their insurance services.

Account is free , only customer have to pay for bank card. It's make sens when you used promotion " inviting friends", then you can received £50. Customer servis and contact with them, definitley is really bad.

DO NOT USE THIS "BANK" IF YOU DO NOT WANT RO LOSE THE MONEY YOU PUT IN. This company has good features UNTIL YOU HAVE FRAUD ON YOUR CARD. REVOLUT CANNOT BE CONTACTED ON THE PHONE AND YOU CAN ONLY MAKE A CLAIM ON THEIR USELESS APP THAT WORKS WITH BOTS. EVEN WHEN YOU DO MANAGE TO GET HOLD OF REVOLUT THEY DO NOTHING. I have lost £280.00 and my brotherinlaw has lost £5,000.00. he put the money into his account which was a gift from a relative and Revolut just hold onto your money with no way of getting it back, IF you decide to use Revolut (But please try not to) just put very small amounts of money on there as you will have a very high chance of losing your money as they will use every excuse under the sun so you cannot prove where funds come from.

Do not go with them and if you are leave ! They will turned back time and or create a different multiverse before refunding you a chargeback. I have like 3 different chats were the advisors are contradicting themselves. They are sneaky but I like to screenshots and download chats before they disappear , It’s super slow to get an answer and merchants and businesses are catching up to the fact that it’s more than likely they won’t have no consequences frauding Revolut account holders.

So here starts the Problem, I Made an Revolut account on Tuesday and on the same day you deleted my account because i ''already'' have an account, which is not the case at all. Also you closed my Account, even after contacting support and i made it clear to the AGENT that I do NOT have another Revolut Account WHICH you DENIED my ticket COMPLETELY and then you procceeded of deleting my account WHILE MY FRIEND simply just wanted to lend me some money which he sended to my account. BUT YOU CLOSED MY ACCOUNT and his Payment was on hold for 30 days and just free'd today. and u sended me an email that pretty much says to contact you via the App cause i have 2 active accounts, but funny enough when i click the Link on my phone it asks me to sign in with the account that you deleted... Imagine this for a second. U Enter a store for the 1st time and you Purchase something. it turns out the product was faulty but you kept the receipt and its under insurance so you go to switch it up with a proper one, once you get into the store they tell you this: Sir the item you have bought from the store while it looks exactly like this is not quite this sorry we cannot switch it up, thanks, bye and gets thrown out of the store.. WHILE YOU ONLY VISITED ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID 0 contact 0 explanation EVEN AFTER MAKING A TICKET MY SELF EXPLANING I DO NOT HAVE A 2ND ACCOUNT YOU SIMPLY JUST TERMINATED THE ACCOUNT.

Revolut is a front for Microsoft Scammers. It was a very sophisticated scam and I fell for it and lost everything I had and being on a disability pension this was very difficult to cope with. I tried to contact Revolut to resolve the issue and recover the stolen funds but was unable to. Do not support an organisation that provides its services to scammers.

They just withhold your money when it suits them for nearly 6 weeks now! Automatic answers on chat and no other way to contact them. They don’t care about their customers. It’s disgusting they are getting away with this

Disabled my account on Christmas Day whilst undertaking additional verification, it’s been nearly two days and no action to restore my account. Explained them that I am vulnerable and need access to my funds and did not get any help what so ever. Avoid revolut if possible

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I had my account hacked and my funds were stolen to buy crypto currency on 29th Nov. I reported this immediately to Revolut. The only way to contact them is via online chat which is a nightmare to say the least. Since then I have had to repeat my situation to several different “help agents”, complete a police report at their request and give them all the details I have on numerous occasions. I’m still no closer to getting my money back and I’m just going round in circles.

Terrible Service They just froze my daughters account and cancelled the card...just before Xmas. Her salary has been paid in even though the account is supposedly frozen, but it is strange how she can't access it, but it was paid in and cleared successfully. All documents requested have been sent yet the company cannot give her a date when the issue will be resolved. She needs to be able to access her money. They are causing her a lot of stress. All reviews on other sites are saying the same thing. They have a tendency to freeze accounts. One person had to wait two months for the issue to be resolved. Do not trust the positive reviews. They are a very inefficient company. Avoid.. Best to stick to a wall known reputable company.

Absolutely appalling. Froze our business account for weeks and then suddenly said that they were closing the account for no apparent reason. No explanation and no contact from them for weeks. Only way to reach them is by in app chat which sometimes does not work. Avoid like the plague.
