“Atrocious customer service.
Blocked our business account and said I need to very my ID.
I tried 3 times and so far neither of them have been accepted, but no reason provided. I have tried different IDs, all with at least 2 years until expiry, but they just keep rejecting it and NOT PROVIDING ME WITH A REASON WHY! So I don't even know why they are rejecting.
There is no phone number to call, the only option is the useless chat, which takes half an hour to respond each time and the response I got...."Could you please upload it once again so we can check and update?"
I have suppliers I need to pay but they blocked up my account and keep rejecting my verification!!!! My money is stuck!!! AVOID!!!!”
“They held my money which was my wages which were transfer in pending for 10 days meaning I had no access to my money and each day a new live chat assistant was given to me. The pro team never called me as requested.”

“Do not use this company. Complete scammers. Tried to transfer money from Uk bank account to my Revolut account and they tejected it. The money has left my uk bank account and they won’t return it. Basically been robbed. Needed this money for my holiday, been and back now and still no money back. Customer service is a joke. All automated scripted robots”
“I would give 0 stars but there is a minimum of 1 so here I am.
After someone made purchases using my account without my permission the help team was not providing the help required. They supposedly had a thorough investigation which led to the result that there would be no refund made as the behaviour was not suspicious enough.
The purchase was made in a completely different continent to where I am situated, even an idiot could see it is suspicious.
They failed to see the obvious and help their user return the sum of money stolen through their app. I recommend just going to your local bank and opening an account. Revolut sucks.”
“My experience with Revolt is disastrous - they blocked my account on 4th February 2023. After so many attempts to get a piece of information from Revolut support, I felt mistreated. They have blocked my account without any explanation of the reason, and all I know is that there is an investigation going on. No deadline or explanation for such an investigation is provided. I even can not provide the documents supporting my recent transactions, which confirms the absolute legal source of my money!!!

15 thousand pounds were planned for an apartment rent payment upfront. I should have paid for it TODAY. Now I can not pay for it, and I live with a 3-year-old child in the hotel without any knowledge of when this issue will be resolved!!!!
Any communication with Revolut failed. Support chat does not even respond and just copies the same messages all the time. All other users reviews make me afraid that this process can take weeks/months which makes this company look very unreliable. I realised that the restriction of Revolut accounts happens on regular basis with no option to contact the company or get the money back. I would never recommend Revolut to anyone.

“Be very careful with this bunch of crooks, I have had my account closed by them for no other reason but I questioned why I was charged extortionate fees for very little use of my account. Took me 3 weeks to recover my funds from them and to crown it all they charged me for them closing MY account.
I have put up 3 reviews with TRUSTPILOT and they have all been taken down just goes to show they can't be trusted themselves.
Avoid this so-called bank, they are crooks.”
“I haven't used Revolut since I created my account and I forgot my password. The process of re-accessing the account is cumbersome. They created such a complex "help desk" process (not helpful at all), that you stop using it before solving your problem. I want to close terminate this relationship asap.”

I tried to use it to buy a plane ticket, so I did a transference of €700 which the app kept on hold and I was not able to use the money because it was “pending”. It kept pending and I still have not my money back. They do not have customer service line and only a chat. They don’t know what happened and I never got my money back. Never use this app. It’s a scam.”

I have to agree with the majority of other people who have problems with this bank that it is best to avoid the revolut card.

“Revolut I wish I never opened account with them. I purchased something online for Christmas for my kids.didnt get my order. And the company wasn't replying back to me. So I did a charge back claim! Once I did that the company email me agreed to refund me. So I asked for my charge back to be cancelled was told it couldn't be cancelled had to wait on the out come! How ever the company cancelled the refund because I made a charge back request and I needed to wait had to wait 50days for the out come I won the dispute yet Once.i was refund.the bank at the same time reversed the charge back.i asked why they said.because I asked for it to be cancelled that I now.have to.contact the company for the refund I do that and there saying there nothing they can.do and to contact my bank as I won my dispute and.been refunded so I contact the bank for them to say nothing they can do and.wont discuss the matter any further with me and to contact the company yet either.are helping me I even ask if the charge back reversal be sent.bk.to the company as surly then they should see they had the refund back. To then.issue my money yet Revolut won't tell me all they keep saying is they can not discuss the matter with me!! It's a joke I feel like they are just robbing people off there money!!”
“A payment was credited into my Revolut business account after invoicing client using invoicing option in my Rovolut App. Invoicing clients was authorised by Revolut and made available to be used in my Revolut business bank account. However, upon receipt of payment Revolut decided to block my account and withhold client’s money because I “do not have website” (currently under construction).
I ask the Revolut to return the payment back to the client, but they are simply ignoring my messages for the last 2 weeks. They have no telephone number to talk to customer services just online non-human operational messaging service.”
