I would leave no stars but I can't! I don't use revolut but somehow I'm missing 1000. Hell I had to look them up on google. I had to download an app to talk to someone who did not help (my bank did) I have never held an account with them and this is a warning to others, be careful their security is a horror show!

Used to be good, but they charge you for lot of things these days. Customer service is rubbish

Absolutely awful! DO NOT USE! I paid for the metal membership because I wanted all of the benefits Revolut supposedly offer but I'm sure it’s some kind of scam! My flight was delayed for over an hour, and I registered in the app to receive free lounge passes (which revolut says it offers) but I never received them and ended up purchasing myself. I have tried to contact customer services for several problems I have had recently however - there is no customer service number and on the live chat the agents leave you hanging without response. As other users have said on here use a reputable company avoid Revolut like the plague!!

Absolutely terrible!! Avoid if you somehow can. Go with a regular bank. This is such a mess! I guess as long as the app is working, everything is okay, but please do not expect any kind of help in case of a technical issue, app bug or any other problem you might have. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with Revolut. Considering they are an institution holding your money, all your alarm bells should go off when you read this here. When you talk to them you’re talking to a useless computer program and only in rare cases with real people.

impossible to access my funds and no one responds despite my multiple reminders. Very poor customer service. I request either access to my account or reimbursement but no sign. I am ignored.

I forgot my code. Followed all instructions. Wont take a sefie screen goes blank then get message to try later. There is no easy way to solve this problem. Im only thankfull that i only opened account with £10. Any answers as to how i cancel this card....

Lost for words on how bad this bank is. Customer service is beyond useless. Had a child left stranded as couldn’t pay for his school bus as Revolut blacked his card for no reason. Still can’t unblock it after they have told me 5 times the issue is sorted. Still not. No humans to talk to just robots. Complete scam

I got a premium card €7.99 pm to trial, tried contacting customerservice to no avail. I terminated the card and went back to using the "free" card. They sent an email saying my card had to swapped for free. Within a few days of me syarting to ise the new card they wete chargimg me again. Thanlfully many people are beginning to realise is a joke bank.

Revolut isn't serious about the business they are in. Its not a functioning banking app. Therefore, I believe there is a risk of losing your money. They don't have no customer services, Better to stay out of this app. There are many other similar service providers who offer much better and cost effective services.

I think that their customer support is with third parties in foreign countries. They aren't interested in finding out what happened, they don't read the replies we send to them. I mean, the fact that there actually isn't a phone line, so a human being to speak to, says it all. They don't want to have to speak to their customers. I am now looking at Wise for all my banking needs - I just wish Wise didn't have all those transfer fees but maybe it's worth putting up with those for a better banking service.

The worst support ever. Still waiting 2 weeks for a wire transfer. Sent them the wire reference and nothing. They asked for a bunch of senders info. Name, Surname, account number, bank code* Beneficiary’s account details: Name, Surname, account number, bank code* * Payment details: Amount, currency, date of payment, payment reference, type of payment (SWIFT/SEPA/ Faster Payment/ etc). Really a joke. They simply don't care or they don't even read your messages. Stay way from them.

One of the most unfriendly fintech companies. I applied for an account and during ID verification, submitted my IC, which was not recognized. I then submitted my passport, which was again not recognized. Then, within a few seconds, I received an email notifying me that my application had been rejected, no reasons given whatsoever. I chatted with an agent, who gave exactly the same reasons. Looks like this company is not even sure how to verify customers. I was verified by WISE within seconds of info submission.

Horrible experience by Revolut. I transfered money on 2nd March and till date after chasing them every day with different team all I am told they are working on it .I guess they have no intention of either giving me back or the transfer, A big mistake I did by trusting this bank .I hope I get my money back it's over 2vweeks.

Revolut must be the worst customer support via live chat i have ever come across. I opened my account in the UK, I am trying to get a salary transferred abroad and it keeps getting blocked by the intermediary bank of Revout. Revolut has had a chat open for 16 days, 4 advisors who simply apologise over and over and then tell me their consulting their dedicated team, who can not give me a simple answer. Why is my payment blocked!!!! I have been waiting days and chasing myself. I would not go near this bank ever again, they are rubbish. Wise is a much better choice

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for wire to clear my account. After 2 weeks they returned the wire to sender without letting me know why. Do stay away from this company. It’s not worth it

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I told them several times that I could not transfer my remaining balance from my account to an external account, because mine is going to be blocked, but each time different assistants said the opposite to the previous one.

Hello. Revolut has serious security issues with their credit cards I have lost 4500 euros not being informed of some fraudulent use of my credit card
