Really a joke. They simply don't care or they don't even read your messages. Stay way from them.”

I then submitted my passport, which was again not recognized. Then, within a few seconds, I received an email notifying me that my application had been rejected, no reasons given whatsoever. “Tried to set up a top-up with Citibank using debit card and money transfer without success. Each attempt resulted in an error. Followed up with Citibank, which saw no attempt. Reached out to Revolut customer service, which asked me again to reach out to Citibank. It is clear that there are significant communication issues, and the product cannot be used. Spent a couple of hours in diagnosis, but no more - closed the account and removed the app.”

The app is extremely prone to bugs like expenses. Half the time it tells you there’s an error. I paid for a premium plan but the features didn’t even work. Asked to cancel and refund within an hour but was told it was too late and I won’t be refunded.

But now they decide to terminate it earlier to "give me a better card".

In my opinion, REVOLUT should be shut down by regulators in all countries. My story:
Never used my card. It was an incentive card from my company. We had the option to move our incentive bonuses to the Revolut card, and it seemed like a good idea. Ha!
I was saving the $295 for a weekend getaway. I NEVER used the card. Stayed in my wallet. The card was NOT lost or stolen.
All of a sudden, multiple attempts were made to use my card all over the United States. Contacted the chat customer service - Ridiculous that this is the only way to dispute, and is a huge red flag.
Bottom line: To their (only) credit, Revolut did flag the suspicious, multiple attempts. Once I confirmed the charges were fraudulent, they canceled my card, and gave me a new card, because they could see it was obvious fraud.
Now they refuse to refund my card for one charge that was "Delayed", and eventually moved to "Reverted" status. The transaction, as with all the other fraudulent charges, shows the charge with a strike (line) through it, so Revolut is not paying the vendor. Yet, they still won't refund me!
Quick note - The charge was to a health club that is 685 miles from my home!
Pull out all of your money, cancel your card, and have your friends do the same. This company is conducting business in a way that borders on criminal activity, and breaks VISA's Zero Liability Policy, which promises fraudulent funds to be returned within 5 business days of the report being filed.
Note, with my attachment, it states I have not been charged, yet I have not been refunded the money....”
“I was scammed recently the scammers took control of a device of mine and made a Revolut account without my knowledge to transfer the money from my personal bank that they stole into the Revolut account. Firstly how can a Bank generate a new account without seeing a Driving Licience or Passport for confirmation of ID.
I have emailed numerous time to get this account closed that was in my name and guess what they will answer or cancel this account.
