“It’s my forth visits and am still loving their customer service, qualities and selection of gears. However, it will be best if we can access our rental history online. (Past rental models etc) Overall experiences with Rhythm Japan I would say it’s by far the best rental shop that I’ve visited in the past. Good job Rhythm, keep it up!”

“Rhythm is guaranteed the best ski/snowboard rental shop is the best I have been to in the entire world. They are extremely hospitable and will help you with any question you may have. If you do not rent from this place you have made a massive mistake as it is a life changing experience. Not just a ski shop! Rhythm is a home. The comfort feel when you walk under the big vibrant red “Rythm” sign at the end of a long day rivals that of an emotional underpass of a return to your childhood house for mother’s cooking. From restaurant recommendations, to premium ski rental, to 24 hr free parking service, the rhythm concierge goes to inconceivable lengths to assure a perfect niseko experience. Your not just renting skis when you go to rhythm, your renting a family life. Rhythm for president! Rhythm is listed as a “ski shop” but it much more resembles a new age post-capitalistic ski lifestyle brand. Sure the premium armada and black crow skis is what brings you in but the bulldog, coffee and company is what makes you stay. Need a local Izakaya recommendation? Not a problem. Take a hard fall on the mountain and need your leg massaged at the end of the day? Light work. Miss your flight back to Tokyo and need a lift? Tall task but can be done. Who was there for me when my mother’s severe dementia took a turn for the worst? Rhythm. Who was able to pull the plug on her respirator when the big decision needed to be made? You guessed it - rhythm. Rhythm was the best man at my wedding and will surely help rear my children as we grow harmoniously into old age. To say rhythm is the reason I’m able to get out of bed in the morning after a somber cold shower and a long look into the mirror would be an understatement. Frankly, I just don’t know what I’d do without them.”

“Niseko.. The 2 locations are well positioned.. Your organisation and service are very efficient.. easy to book ,easy to pick up ,easy to return, without hassles. “Nice, friendly, lots of great choices, ordered online, price reasonable, easy to pickup & drop off. Tried a board, did not like it for the conditions, easy to change boards. Rode the OFSR Snurfs Up, fabulous in the powder, steeps, trees and groomers. Highly recommend it for Niseko and Rusutsu; fast, quick and easy turning.”

“Excellent stream lined service. Skis were great. Took two attempts to get the boots right but was as simple as bringing them in and someone helped me and swapped them over. Great work to the Hakuba team.”

“Best selection, best service and convenient that you allow us till 10am the next morning after a full day's boarding. It's very inconvenient to return the gear the same night. I really appreciate the "10am the next morning" deadline. I will always rent from Rhythm. ❤️”
