“This is the third time I have rented from Rhythm. Great service and very happy with the skis I got. If I have a niggle it is the difficulty of changing skis during the day as all the stores are some distance from the gondolas/lifts. It would be great if you had a on mountain presence eg right at the base of a gondola so you could quickly nip in to change the skis rather than face a 5 minute walk in ski boots.”

“Your staff were fantastic! So polite, professional and helpful. Especially 2 individuals. The guy who helped me with the skis first, Lindsey. And Barnes, she knew her products! She was also, so patient with helping me find walking boots to purchase as I don't have tiny girls feet that all brands tend to think all women have. Major props to those two. I hope you have a reward system in place. I work in retail myself and it takes something really impressive to get me writing a review like this. Congrats on the new store and the excellent service!”

Hi Blair, Our prices are made based on a variety of competitive factors. Please note here at Rhythm we have a rental fleet of over 5000 products. All of our gear is tuned/ waxed/laundered after each rental use. We offer a free shuttle service on the first and last day of rental. Furthermore, we are very flexible with refunds for early returns and cancellations etc. We also offer a very personalized experience where we do whatever we can to help you out and get you sorted. “I loved the customer service, the ski rental guys were very accommodating, but it would have been nice if you had given me a shuttle back to my house when I returned my skis. You had shuttles there, but I was told I couldn’t use one because it was the last day of my rental”

“You have an extremely impressive operation in Niseko. Only (slight) criticism is that your ski boots are quite old and I struggled to get the right fit... tried 3 pairs and none were great. Think I'll buy next year!”

“I love Rhythm. I have used them in both Hakuba and Niseko. Te staff have a meaningful desire to help you out and have no issue going the extra mile to swap gear, refund when required and generally ensure you have a great time in the snow using their gear. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I rented two days. On the second day, I asked for a different size of boots. Wonderfully thankfully, you guys politely provided what i asked for. Additionally, free pick up service is really super good. Thank you. Definitely, I will use your service next time I visit Niseko”
