“Can only comment on my experience when I was researching the market to find a reasonable quote for house/buildings insurance. Rias were streets ahead of the competition. My quote has saved me over £235 compared to my existing insurer, and I have carefully compared like for like. Customer service was welcoming and efficient and I never felt I was under pressure to take an offer (thank you Melissa). Email follow up has been prompt so I know exactly what I have signed up for.
