“I bought from you but it didn’t cross my mind when receiving it that there should be a slight that comes with the bag but when I check there’s no sling in it . I informed your staff through a phone conversation but she didn’t get back to me. May I ask I could replace the bag sling for me for I really needed it . Your help is much appreciated!”

“Preferably, if at some stage, bring back your brick and mortar store to make for a much better shopping experience. There is something about a physical store that simply cannot be replicated via an online shopping platform. The 'touch and feel' for each product will help inform one's choices more meaningfully. As it is, the buyer has only the stated product information provided to go by. This in itself is not satisfactory as it is very limited. Again, it may not always provide a comprehensive description of the product concerned.”
