“I ordered Avene moisturiser which was advertised as bundle of 2. I ordered 2 sets of the bundle. Only 2 bottles were delivered instead of 4. I wrote to customer service on 10 Nov and the remaining 2 bottles were delivered on 12 Nov along with some sample freebies. I really appreciate the help of Rowena whose service was excellent and fast in resolving my order. I have confidence in Robinsons after sales service!”

“Robinsons service is excellent as always. The only thing you can improve on is to introduce a lot more innovative and modern products eg kitchen gadgets like automatic pot stirrer etc that makes kitchen work more efficient and easier. Most of your kitchen products are quite outdated and old fashioned. It would be good to expand the range and sizes of the products so customers have better choices to buy from”
