“With RoboForm I know that I can click once on the site name in the RoboForm list and go there with the name and password filled in. When a site changes pages, I can copy and paste the info; RoboForm asks if I want the new page saved, and I'm done.”

“Prior to downloading the latest software from Apple the process of using RoboForm to log onto a web site worked. I could open RoboForm and click on a site to go to and the web site would appear and RoboForm would then fill in the user name and password and I would then be logged in and ready to explore the web site. Since the new operating system from Apple all that happens now is I start RoboForm click on a web site and the web page comes up but RoboForm does not fill in the user name or password so nothing happens. I emailed RoboForm and the response I got back is that you were working on this issue and that I could click on the * and click on the web site that came up and that would then fill the user name and password. This works but I would prefer your old way of going on line. Any help on the way to correct this problem? Other than this issue your service is Outstanding. Ed Washington endofwatchii@aol.com”

“If it worked correctly 95% of the time I'd recommend it but it doesn't. It seems to be incompatible with Windows 10. A recent support case of mine has me very worried about that particular tech support person's understanding of the principal on which Roboform is based. She didn't understand the issue. Eventually I solved it myself. So I've lost faith in Roboform and am considering moving to a competitor ne4xt renewal date. But I'm too busy to do it now so I renewed one more time. Please wake up to your customer's. Arrogance in a business often means loss of business.”

“Have used Roboform for several years now and am generally pleased with it. As I haven't tried other password manager software, I can't make any comparisons to others, but I would recommend it if asked. There are some features that I would like to see added to the program, like the ability to universally add or remove a password lock on passwords.”

“I honestly don't know how I would manage my mulititude of passwords and login details were it not for Roboform. I was recommended this password manager many years ago now, and I can't recall any instance of a problem with this product. I have over the past years recommended Roboform to very many of my friends and immediated relatives.”

“I am very happy with RoboForm, it works fairly seamlessly across multiple platforms and is very user friendly. The improvements over the last 2 years have been great too! I refer others to it all the time. My only critique is that there is not an easy interface with apps, and some apps lose functionality within RoboForm. For the most part I use it for password storage on my phone for apps, but love it for my computers.”

“I have 107 logins in RoboForm. Can you imagine being able to remember 20 let alone 107. A really great feature is the box where I can record anything I want. Like card numbers, phone numbers, CVC and expiration date, whatever.”

“I have used Roboform for many years for home and business. It works well with Windows. It is hard to locate info and navigate when using it on my Android phone and iPad. I.E. Returning to search results equals retyping your search criteria or finding custom field data on identity data.”
