“hard to sync, new login requirements, not sure which version is updated on which device. In short, give me back about two versions ago”

In addition, please note that if you're using version 8, your login credentials will be your email address and Master Password. “So many passwords only having to remember one is worth the price, recently they had a price break so bought another year on top of the year I already had, now I'm good till June 2019. I. Have been using Roboform for many years now and have always felt safe and secure, Roboform has earned my trust.”

“I have at least 200 sites with passwords and ID registered into RoboForm. There is no way that I could hold this information in my memory. I have to have a password program. RoboForm is so inexpensive there is no reason not to use it. Also, the few times I have asked for help it was well given.”

“Ive been using Roboform for years. I love the stress reduction of having them securely care for my passwords. I don't like the new system in that it makes you go to the task bar each morning to sign on. It used to request a sign on - on screen, when needed. I hope that they return the older system. otherwise.. rely an Roboform, and will continue to renew.”

“Actually, I was happier with the older version. If I hadn't used my master password yet, and clicked Roboform Icon in the task bar, It would take me to the site as soon as I entered my master password. That was great. Now I have to login to Roboform before I can use it for anything. Also, it really doesn't work well with my Android phone. It's very tedious and sometimes doesn't show up when needed for a login on my phone. I've been with Roboform for almost 20 years and I don't intend to leave. I just want it to be better.”

Regarding the issue of entering your Master Password, if you click on the RoboForm icon > Options > Security > check the"Don't ask for Master Password" box and uncheck "Auto logoff" this should resolve the issue. “I have been using Roboform for many years. I use it on several different devices which stays sync at all times. I have over 600 pass codes for different accounts and not one is the same. I only have to remember one password which is over 25 digits long. Every one in my family use Roboform. I highly recommend it.”

“I don't have experience with other Password Managers, so I can't compare RoboForm with them, However, I've been using RoboForm for many years and have had some problems with it, but most of the problems have work-arounds so I can't complain. For example, some websites don't allow RoboForm to enter your Login and/or Password, so I have to cut & paste. This is also true with RoboForm on SmartPhones and iPads. Customer Service has been excellent, aside from the fact that you can only communicate with them via email or chat. Even if you don't use to automatically enter your passwords, it is an excellent tool for storing them. I would recommend RoboForm especially to those folks that are computer literate.”

“Been using RoboForm for years. It has worked so well and is so versatile, that I have never considering trying another program. The "logins," "identities" and "fill forms" are what I use the most. I use "Safenotes" like a safe to put miscellaneous information about myself and others. Finally, being able to sync across all platforms, Windows, Apple and Android is very convenient.”
