“I have been unable to sync my MacBook passwords through my Everywhere to my iPhone on which I have downloaded Roboform. I have tried on 4 occasions to contact Roboform and now I am told my RFSS password is blank. My password which I had been using in the past was labeled as wrong. The email I got back was as follows:" Your password to RoboForm Support System (RFSS) is currently blank. You can set/modify the password in RFSS::Settings after you log in" How can I possibly log in when my password is not accepted? The last 2 times I phoned and waited for 15-30 minutes, the automated voice said to leave a message and I would be called back. Today I was told I was #2 in queue and after 20 minutes, the same message to leave a message for a call back. Again no response. I am totally blocked from any customer service since I cannot talk to anyone and cannot get in to leave/start a ticket. It seems that after using Roboform for 15 years and referring others to it, customer service has evaporated for me.”

“I rated Robo Form one star because I was one of the first to purchase this product that at the time was a guaranteed lifetime use. They went back on their promise. A company is only as good as their word. They fail on that.”

“I have been using Roboform for many years now and have never had a problem with logins. In additional all logins are encrypted for security. The software is easy to use and setup. I have my Rofoform passwords synced over my Apple IPhone, IPad Pro and Mackbook Pro and if I had questions the support team works with you until the issues is resolved. I highly recommend Roboform for password security and ease of use. Thank you.”

“I use to love RoboForm but it is a pain to use now, it keeps telling me to renew after I renewed it and won't work on iPhones or iPads at all, will never renew again.”

“Can't really figure out how to use RF on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. It is awkward and really pretty useless as is. Hope you improve it or I will have to try Dashlane or something else that works better and easier on my smartphone.”

“I PURCHASED A SECOND LICENSE AS THE PRODUCT IS ROBUST. however it does not always recognise the fields that require name and password. so I then just open that particular login and copy the User Name and Password. Been a customer for years”

“I use this with Firefox. With all the complex passwords required these days I couldn't live without this program. Additionally you can save your entire profile easily on a thumb drive so when your computer crashes someday you can easily restore RoboForm. You can also print off your entire password list and put it in your safe for a non electronic fail safe backup. Great Product.”
