“I have always loved RoboForm it just lately it has been hard to remember my master password can you figure out a way for people to be remember, because I know I am not the only one in this fix. I have my over a dozen pass files I cannot open now because I cannot remember the password.”

Hi Marion - Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. Because the Master Password grants access to your data, it is highly important that this is the one password you remember. We certainly understand that things happen and information can be easily forgotten. At this time, however, the resetting the Master Password results in deleting all current Master Password protected data. “Roboform used to have a great start menu. They "upgraded" it to work best with a tablet and what used to be one click to access common programs now has to be searched for.”

“It took over 5 emails (and thank god for FB or I NEVER would have actually reached anyone to do anything about it); multiple FB messages JUST to get someone to contact me. You know what was wrong...I was given the WRONG confirmation number. When someone actually called me it took TWO MINUTES to figure it out and fix it. IT WAS A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.”

“Being a senior I cannot remember all of the passwords to every site that I visit or shop RoboForm give me the piece of mind that I can visit these site I don't have to worry about remembering the passwords and the knowledge that my passwords are safe and protected.”

“In my capacity as CFO I have a multitude of passwords that I have always had to keep on a password protected spreadsheet. Definitely not ideal in this world of cyber security. Since switching to RoboForm 12 months ago, I now have all my passwords in one place and feel they are much more secure than being kept centrally on my computer.”

“I have been using RoboForm for years and I would not be without it. I would never be able to keep track of all of my credentials without it. Also when I have a new device or multiple devices they are all up to date with the correct credentials.”

“I have had RoboForm for years and I love it. I am 70 years old and a lot of the time I can't remember to take my medicine and I have a lot of passwords that would be lost or I would have to use the same password for everything I log into if it weren't for RoboForm.
