“ Been waiting months and months for a refund - can't call, nobody answers, get a ticket but they cancel the ticket without any resolution it has to be the worst return service ever..... Luckily due to paying be klarna they helped me recover the money without hassle ”

“ Shocking service regarding refunds. Sent two pairs of trousers back in June. Refunded for one pair, despite 3 emails now to their customer service- still no refund for the second pair (it’s now 20 September!!). Just receive emails back from them saying my ticket is closed. Such a shame, as I like Roman clothes, but not worth the hassle factor. ”
