I place my order on 11/28 and I haven’t recibe any tracking number, it only shows that they send it to Fedex and just making the label Today is 12/ 16 and still waiting I will never order from this site again and I already told to all my friends no to order from here. But they were very quick to take my money😡

The first time I ordered from them, fine. I loved the clothes. In fact, so much that I decided to order a second pair of these high waist black jeans. When they came and tried them on, they did not fit the same; the waist was bigger and bulged out at the back (I ordered the same size). But no big, I decided I would roll with it. However, the first time I wore them, one of the buttons came completely off, within hours. I have contacted the customer service department multiple times and have heard nothing. I understand the clothes are cheap and not made of the best quality, but to just be ignored when a problem comes up is just not right.

I ordered a jacket ,earrings and a necklace, they have not arrived. The tracking number says it was delivered to my house and signed for while it was not. My address on the tracking number is my correct house address so I know it wasn't a mistake that I made. This is the second time this has happened.

Worst customer service. If you have a problem, you won't be able to contact them. The only way is through a useless chatbot. I purchased some items, they sent me the confirmation email and then the shipping confirmation. However, the tracking number does not work, it asks you to log in and track your order through your account, and when I do that, THE ORDER DOES NOT EXIST. They already took the money from my account and I have no clue if the product will arrive some day.

Completely not worth time, effort or money. More like a shell company than a legitimate corporation. Bad quality, bad connection (chat is just a shell), charged three times without permission. Thieves Rating in reality -10. Yes Negative 10

I have been trying for over a month now to get a refund on my return. Somehow Romwe has just lost the package?? Every time I try to use their live chat, I explain my problem and the assistant on the other end will tell me they can't find my package. After that, their "24/7 hours always at your service" live chat disables for me. Awful service.

very bad customer service, you will have a hard time returning the product if it doesnt fit. Buyer beware, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN

I’m lost as to why you think it was okay to have a sweatshirt that say “I’m a good girl with a hood playlist “ like what are you exactly saying behind those words ???? Please tell me because I know a lot of meaning behind that and One of them being a bad meaning that could have your whole site shut down

I placed my order on the 9th of September and my package still has not been shipped. It is the 19th and I need my package by the 21st. I am highly upset with how long it took to process my order whereas it took 6 business days to process my order when it should've taken 2-4 business days according to the website. Then they still have not given my order to the post office! I know I won't receive my package in time for my event. So now I have to go shopping again to try to find a dress. I contacted them and they said there is nothing they can do. Never order from them if you need a packed by a certain date!!

THIS IS A SCAM!! I ordered some swimsuits from Romwe which never arrived. I tried contacting customer support and they brushed me off saying to take up a case with USPS because it had left their hands. I proceeded to open a case with my bank and 2 days later, I get a personal email from Romwe stating that my package is in China and that they would refund me after I closed my bank case. This company is trying to claim that packages were "lost in the mail" to charge customers who received no merchandise.

I am so disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Romwe has really bad shipping . I been having problems with my order for 4 days now ive order 4 items 1)the process is supposted to take up to 24-48 hours to get it shipped out and mine still haven't when its been 4 days I contacted two people on live chat to talk about it and they said they would ship it out right away for me and I would get a email so I thought okay I won't have no more problems then I didn't get my email for either one . 2) I got a email today saying one of my items I order is out of stock when I order it 4 days ago when it was in stock that doesn't make sense so I contacted someone ONCE AGAIN and I got told it affected my whole order and I "probably " will get my 3 other items I ordered shipped but I would haft to wait another two more days to even SEE if it will get shipped and if not I will haft to contact them again for what nothing to be done once again after the 3,4 times I tried . 3) my 4th item I got was the only one out of stock after the 4 days I have played for it and I should get it in another 2-3 weeks but I don't no want to trust anymore about this site . 4) my whole package got delayed after the 4 days I been waiting for it to be process just because one out of stock item but a youtuber can buy the same amount or more and have a out of stock item but it not affect there WHOLE order the rest of it still got shipped out of the 24-48 hours . I'm REALLY upset DONT think I will be ordering from this site again .

Romwe's order took forever to arrive and when the clothes finally arrived they were horrible quality and were not the right sizes. I would avoid shopping at Romwe if you are looking for good quality material and shipping that comes on time.

Well I ordered 3 weeks ago and it said it shipped waiting waiting now I look it says it's refunded but noone refunded to my card these were Xmas presents for my kids but now no way to get in contact with these people this place has a lot of bad reviews I should have looked at these first wtf it's terrible I'm a single mom can't afford to be out 60.00 I could have bought other things with that money

Wrong size arrived and customer service is of NO help at all. Their system glitched and ended the chat and the second agent was horrible and wouldn't honor what the other agent said even though she could see my earlier conversation. Terrible company. Stay away! They sent wrong merchandise and just gave me the run-around and kept my money Please save yourself the aggravation. Learn from my mistake.

HUGE RISK OF IDENTITY FRAUD & FALSE CHARGEs Shein and Romwe are both asking me to send photos of my government id passport and credit card, i called paypal and my credit card company they said this is very concerning that an online merchant is asking for such photos. romwe gave me a refund on paypal because i refused, however shein has not given me a refund BEWARE you might not get your clothes or your refund, refund will take up to 7 weeks to post to my credit card from their off shore accounts
