“I ordered my stuff 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t shipped still. Also they don’t have a estimated delivery time, which is very frustrating! I wouldn’t recommend.”

“It is horrible, I ordered clothes a month ago they still haven't even shipped. I keep try to email the support staff and no one will get back to me. HORRIBLE STORE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING.”

“I ordered 10 days ago then still have my order awaiting pickup I understand everything is hectic and all but the customer service is absolute trash I left a review on a another site and they reported it for a fake claim even tho I had my order number but whatever I’m never ordering from them again”

“Due to coronavirus, they have extended the amount of time it may take your parcel to ship out by 4-6 days, I placed an order 11 days ago, after 8 days, I contacted them, as my order hadn't even been sent to be PACKED yet....They informed me it would be 24-48 hrs before my order was shipped out, 48 hours later, I was told the same thing, and also that some of the items I ordered weren't actually in stock and they had to get them made first, 48 hrs later I am now being told it could be up to 4 days till it is ready to be packed, when I asked if after the next 4 days it is still not ready could I just get a refund, I was met with no response but "ma'am please give us a week" SOOOO annoying and worthless customer care, will NEVER recommend or order again”

“I received confirmation for my order through email. Then couple days later an email saying my package has been shipped. A couple days later I check on my Romwe account and my order has completely disappeared. I check the tracking number emailed to me and it takes me to a sketchy tracking site, but it show my order in transit. I check the next day on the same tracking site and my order has disappeared. I have screenshots to prove all of this. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM.”

“My order took over 2 weeks to come when I paid $20 for 3-5 shipping! The quality of my items were horrible and I ended up getting the wrong size skirt. Several of my shirts were see through and overall was a waste of money.”

“I ordered a package that shipped March 28th and has been sitting at the same facility since April 4th. I would’ve rather paid more money somewhere else and actually receive my things. Don’t waste your time.”

“I ordered some light letters that spell BAR to sit on my bar. They arrived somewhat on time maybe a day or two late. The letters were each a different light color and bulb size, which made the word look off. They shipped the items again, this time from Shein, ensuring me that it was correct this time and checked before shipping. Not only are they different they we're all broken up because the shipped in a plastic mailing envelope with no box. How does the parcel know not to throw the package around of there is no ot fragile sticker on it. I requested a refund and they kept asking me to let them make it right. I'm sitting here with 6 letters, none of them match, no I don't need you to make it right. They then processed a refund that I'm going to wait for and see how long it takes.”

“Romwe is a big fat joke. I ordered a package 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive it. On the Romwe we sit it says my package has been “shipped out and is on the way!” But the USPS said it hasn’t even arrived in CALIFORNIA YET. Don’t let the cute clothes and cheap prices fool you, and sure as hell don’t waste money when it’s going to disappear.”

“I Have ordered many things from this site for maybe two years. Recently, the quality has been getting worse and the clothes sent were not the ones advertised. So with the last order I received, I sent back several items (about 5). I inquired about the refund a few months later as they said it would take a long time to process and it STILL was not in my account MONTHS later and the customer service representative asked me why I even wanted a refund since it was so long ago........so DO NOT BUY FROM HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AS HELL”

“i would give zero stars if i could. I ordered a decent amount of things from there about a month ago and I've been checking the tracker daily to see when it will arrive. Today when i checked it was just gone. Not anywhere in my history, order history, shipped orders, NOTHING. i even saved the order number and tracking order and nothing came up for either of them. please DO NOT ORDER from here if you don't want your money to disappear.”

“Okay so this was my first time ordering anything from Romwe and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy there stuff I bought me a very cute two piece set from them and it said it would be delivered in 10 business days okay cool so 10 days go by I personally message them and they tell me to wait patiently which I have it’s been exactly 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my stuff it was only 12$ Which isn’t much but I was very excited to get this outfit and it never came so now when I message them they never respond to me I tried being nice but they kinda just sucked the nice right out of me not trust worthy at all don’t buy from them a bunch of idiots”

“It took an entire month for the package to arrive, and even though the price is cheap, I wouldn’t want to wear broken clothing on the streets. The collar of the shirt was cut open, revealing a really rough cut on the inside, and the quality and feel of the products are really bad. You also can’t call them to file a complaint, only email, and they responded with poor costumer service. Also, the labor factories for Romwe are in China, and the workers don’t get paid, therefore the clothing quality is bad. Don’t waste your time, effort, and money on this scam!!!”

“Parcel took weeks -still didnt arrive. They had put the wrong address on my parcel and instead of issuing an immediate refund they keep asking me to wait for delivery. so you want me to wait for it to be delivered to an address that is not mine ? does this make sense? Again if you need proof you messed up call USPS and they will gladly send you proof- dont ask the customer to do your job. seriously. not worth it”

“Yes, you can save money, but that comes at the expense of stolen designs, and horrendous environment and labor practices. DO NOT USE ROMWE. I got my clothes (and did I say LATE) and the quality was absolutely awful. I mean you really get what you pay for. It's basically a scam. Nothing fits right and shipping is never on time and follows no pattern. Total waste of time and money. If you want an online thrift store, use Goodfair, and if you want sustainable clothes, use CHNGE. literally ANYTHING is better then Romwe.”

“I ordered a bathing suit and it came all fucked up and the moment i tried putting it on it broke. And i can’t return it. Smh! Waste of money don’t buy bathing suits from there. They all fit terribly”
