“They never sent me my order and they stole my money. They never refund me. SCAMS! Don’t waste your time and your money!”

“Customer Service Representative, I am emailing you with concerns of a recent order I purchased from you. In March of 2019, I ordered many clothing items from your online store. I had never heard of this site before but, it seemed reliable. The issue that I had was that I had to wait at least two months before I received my order which seemed to guarantee a faster delivery. Once I received my clothes, I could tell right away that the quality was not what I was expecting. The website made it seem that the clothes were of quality and would fit to size. I would just like to know if there was something that may have happened to my order? Sincerely, Marca Herron”

“I set up an account but before I actually placed an order it was already making promises like discount and such that did not show up. After I decided not to order I started getting their emails and clicked on unsubscribe which of course the emails kept coming. That and their 7-24 customer service has never been on when I was at the site. So just be aware it is terrible from top to bottom and I would not trust it if I were you.”

“First of all Laura Wells wrote a review and in the review she gave the number for Romwe customer service. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THAT NUMBER. It is a lie and who knows she maybe a fraud just like them! Know, I ordered some items from this website for my daughter. I most admit, I did received the items. But, some of them was too big for my daughter. We went on there website to contact customer service and all we got was the run around and bull. Anyhow, we read the policies and follow the instruction for return. All we wanted to do was return the items and get a smaller size. We send the items back with FedEx to the location they provide us on there website. To make a long story short, they never refund us our money. We didn't get to exchange the items. We got confirmation that they received the package we sent them. Its been over a month and we got no reply from them. We email them and they kept telling us to check our points because, the refund may have been credit to the point system they have. Well, that is a LIE!!! There chat system they have to assist there customer is a bunch of BULL!!! BIGGEST SCAM!! And I am not gonna stop here because, we did our part as the consumer, it's not fair be treated this way.”

“ROMWE is garbage. They use child labor which I didn’t know prior to pitching. Their sizing is weird. Clothes just don’t sit right and they don’t let you post any negative reviews.”

“What a joke, I am warning you now DON'T USE ROMWE! I now think that this is a scam to bad I didn't notice till now. I am a 14-year-old kid, I got my mom to help and we ordered back in April and it's now June. They say its an "incomplete address' we called Canada Posts and it's correct! Romwe put the wrong address and we can't even contact them! They're "customer service" takes you to a blank page so all we can do is email, we can't even call. I spent $60 on all of that and I don't even know if I can get it back now and I'm honestly really sad. Trust me and learn from my mistakes, just because it's cheaper and people say its not a scam I believe it is and I am NEVER using it again. I used zaful multiple times and it works so you can try that website out too. Moral of all this: DONT USE ROMWE IT IS A SCAM CANT GET MONEY BACK!!!”

“I ordered for the first time in April, only one item I received was worth keeping, a pillow case. Everything else was cheap, scratchy, not even remotely tailored to an actual human size, thin, and awkward. I sent the return items back May 4th and it says it’s not even back to the warehouse yet. I want my money back but I highly doubt I’ll be getting it.”

“Cheap products made cheaply. I ordered some panties and a swimsuit. The panties ripped at the seams immediately and the swimsuit is way smaller than expected. Shipping took forever too. Waste of time and money.”

“Ordered some hair accessories and earrings for my beach trip that’s happening on May 30th. Keep in mind I ordered the stuff on April 21st, and today it’s May 26th, and I don’t have anything. No updated tracking info, no package. I ordered from SHEIN around the same time and received that order like 3 weeks ago. Don’t trust Romwe, it’s such a scam, and I can’t even get my money back.”

“My daughter ordered some clothes with her a Venmo card. The site says the order was delivered but we never got the clothes. No tracking. Checked with neighbors and nothing. Tried to contact customer support....what a joke. I finally filed a claim with Venmo to go after them to get her money back. She’s a kid so $25 is a lot of money to her. Never again will she order from them and I will make sure to blast this info on social media.😤”

“I ordered $62 worth of products on April 19th, and it arrived on May 10th, which isn't the worst part. One of the leggings was of TERRIBLE quality. It obviously is cheap, so my hopes for the quality weren't too high, but what's interesting is that I went back to the reviews section and the item has 4.6 stars. You're thinking "not bad", right? Well, I read all the comments and for some reason, the comments complaining about the quality, still gave 5 stars. Isn't that sketchy? Why would so many people consistently be giving a 5 star if they're complaining about the product?”

“I ordered 63$ worth of items from this website. Two weeks later, I go to check in to see the process of my order, and my account has been logged out and there is no history of any purchases! Customer service has not helped me and I have no way of getting a refund. Also, to make it clear; my order has dissapeared and Romwe claims I never bought anything. Great.”
