“One item was missing, generally decent material”

“Romwe is cheap- for a reason. Quality of clothes is how you can imagine it to be based on the price. I never order clothes from them just because I hear such bad things. Earlier this month I ordered a phone case and an eyebrow trimmer. Both of these were just what i expected, great things, very happy with them. Love the phone case. However, this took over 2 weeks, 21 days to be exact, for me to receive it. Maybe it was because of the virus going on, who knows. It came from China, went to NY, weirdly went out to Indiana, and then CT, and finally ME. Weird. But besides the shipping, Im happy. Don't order anything from here in bulk, be careful about buying clothes, read reviews.”

“Quality wasn't great at all. The items came and said Shein on the packaging & label when I bought them from Rowme. Sizes were pretty small and was disappointed when I opened my parcel. However I did receive the item on time, it took 8 days to come.”

“I have only received 1 of two packages, which I purchased on 12/02. while tracking the one containing all but one item, which is the one I've already received, it has stated that it had arrived at the USA local facility. It's been there for a week and a half and I don't understand if this is through customs or if it's at one of the warehouses and it's just sitting there in a box. I try to ask customer service but it's a joke. Everytime I try to talk with someone other than the automated FAQs robot, even though it's says it's supposed to be 24/7, there is never anyone online. I just want to know how much longer my package will be since it's been in the same status on romwe, and USPS hasn't received it yet.”

“Takes forever for you guys to ship me my clothes. Seriously speed that process up. I’ve also heard the clothes feel cheap. How do you even write reviews for clothes like I looked everywhere. Why are the people writing the review’s names’ censored?”

“Hi, I was extremely happy with my clothing products from Rome as the material was good quality and therefore, I am now continuously purchasing new items from here. However, I do wish the delivery fee didn't go up so high when the products were cheap and I also wish they were shipped faster. Thankyou”

“I placed my order and it said it was supposed to come on the 16th of December now it is the 19th. So I tried to track my package on romwe’s site and the site refreshed and my orders DISAPPEARED I am so upset. They f***ing stole my money. I hoped they wouldn’t be the scam they were known to be. I was a COMPLETE IDIOT. Romwe, f*** you, you’ve lost yet another customer.”

“I ordered about 50$ worth of items from Romwe. I have the app as well, & it says both of my packages are delivered when I never even received them. I emailed them about it & got a few responses for my shipment number, but they never got back with me on it. If they get this sorted out, I will update.”

“I loveee that people left pictures of the products and everything is extremely affordable! With that being said I ordered some items. I placed my order on April 16 and It has been processing for 3 weeks now !!?? It did say processing would take 4-6 days because of the whole pandemic right now but it didn't say weeks! I emailed them and got NO REPLY. I then got on a live chat with someone and then after that they decided to ship it.”

“my order has not come yet and it still says that my order is placed and I have been waiting for two weeks. I emailed and never got a response and I am starting to get very upset. “Hi, I'm not going to shout over this review like the others, but I will tell the truth. So I ordered two skirts off Romwe, and I got the smallest size, because of my body type, and they both didn't fit me. Also, I was on an outing wearing the skirt with my brand new shirt I got from Forever 21, {I thought I looked so cute.} and in the middle of the event my skirt broke. The zipper was jammed, though I didn't even touch it. Romwe has cute clothes that's for sure, but the quality of the clothes is bad.”

“Still haven’t received my package :/ i purposely ordered over 35$ just so I could get my package in 7-9 days it’s like day 10 I checked hasn’t left the facility in 4 days so I’m a lil irate over that like the clothes are cute and cheap for some things”

“After reading through several reviews I decided to go with a medium on each bathing suit that I bought. I ordered three which specifically stated they ran true to size. Unfortunately not one of them fit. The quality is not bad for the price and I only waited a few weeks for my delivery. A friend of mine ordered the large in the exact same bathing suit that I ordered a medium in and I tried her large on and is way too big so the sizes are definitely not accurate at all.”

“The idea is nice enough and it is very very cheap but the pictures they show make everything look amazing but when they arrive, you are just so disappointed. Hems unfinished, total crazy sizing, colour mis-matched, material quality is so poor on some items, you wash them once and that's it, gone! They also reward people leaving reviews so you tend to get lots of fake ones. Of the £100 i spent on various tops, three items are usuable and fit, the rest are ready to be given away or chucked.”
