“We had blinds that needed cut - we had bought them at Lowe’s and we were buying another blind at Rona - the attendant’s name was Brenda and she took our old blinds and shaved the 1/4 inch off and it saved us a trip to Lowe’s - Great customer service.”

“I ordered a beautiful linen tower at a good price. The only problem is that it didn’t arrive, notwithstanding my having been given 4 delivery dates over 2 months. Then it arrived without notice. The customer service people were pleasant, but they have no authority to make decisions. It was then referred to a supervisor who tried to untangle the whole mess. She gave me a further price reduction. Finally she referred the matter to her escalation team. A fellow named Shawn I. contacted me. He asked me for a few days, because he needed to look into it and said he wanted to make me happy. He came back to me as promised and gave me a further significant discount. I’m now shopping at Rona/Lowe’s again. I understand the frustration of so many who’ve posted on this site. My suggestion, if it’s not working with customer service, ask to go to the escalation team. I’m more than pleased with my resolution.”

“This review is thank to manager Chris G. from Rona Burlington on Ironstone dr. We purchased a wrong patio sliding door (right hand instead of left hand) on line. Chris not only found the right door in his ware house but also rented the van for us, free of charge. We were done in no time with the switch of doors. And thank to Chris we have right door.”

“Langley Rona- manager Doug and staff Shaun were absolutley amazing today. Out product had a missing “parts package” and we were in the middle of building it. It was something we had planned for the weekend, and had friends come over to help with.... so the set back was not convenient..... but when we called the store, Doug was able to confirm getting us the needed items, and I was able to drive down right away! (On a Sunday!) Thank you for saving the day team!! Five hundred stars :)”

“I must write this review about three employees at Rona in Barrie. Holger went above and beyond the call of duty to get my order delivered to me asap. He was very diligent, polite and most helpful to get the job done. Excellent customer service and satisfaction. Dave and Ben were my delivery guys. They were so polite, helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver my item with no glitches. They demonstrated great customer service and satisfaction. Rona should be proud to have these employees on staff. Thank you, Liz Wright”

“I just wanted to say thank you to the Rona employees Adrian and Sharon at the West Hunt club location in Ottawa Canada. I needed a sander badly and were out of stock but the two helped me find one in the country and I received it in 3 days! Every time I go to this location I get great service and and I actually go out of my way to go because of that. Thank you”

“On June 13 2020 I went in to RONA in St Catharines. Not knowing the exact plumbing part I would need. We had an excellent associate come to assist us his name was James. He was very patient and never gave us the feeling we had been taking to much of his time. He did everything he could do to figure out our issue with a shower drain. As a customer we left that store happy. Thanks so much James keep up the great work.”

“Moved to Grimsby January 2020 . Rona Grimsby was my new store . Had the pleasure of dealing with John B . I have been a business owner for 40 years . 100s of employees I would consider John as good as it gets way over the call of duty. Hard working ,can’t do enough for the consumer. Definitely a keeper .”

“I bought my flooring at Rona Winston Churchill and Eglington. Beebe helped me. She was very knowledgeable. Very professional. Did all the calculations, and brought the flooring to the front of the store. She spent a lot of time with me. The floor is down, and looks beautiful. Thank you Beebe. So happy to have met you. “Gary at the Stockyards stores must be given a strong nod for being a superb help in our making a good purchase. He knew the products and guided us well. He had the order ready when we returned to the store at a prearranged time and saw it through to putting it in our vehicle. A very strong asset. What I will say is he did not get the sort of help he needed from other co-workers. I don't know why, except mediocrity is easy to find. I would go straight to him for our next purchase at Rona. TA.”
