“Three times now we have gone to Rona in Calgary on 130th and each time a lovely woman named Sarah has helped us with appliances. She’s been informative, gracious, polite, and very helpful to get us what we want. We have bought a washer and dryer set, a dishwasher and recently today a new range because she called to let us know there was a discount going on today.”

“We have an impecable service from RONA employees. We have visited varios location the one at Monte de Paiement ans the one at Buckingham. Cynthia Ferrier helped out with a return when no other employee wanted to assist and her service was outstanding, plus helped put with a kitchen project. At Buckingham, Nicolas has aways been duoer patient and proactive helping way and beyond with any request we had and also making us feel included since French is not our mother tongue. Fantastic service!”

“Randy in the appliance section of Hyde park road was super helpful knowledgeable and very efficient. He processed our order very quickly and was very pleasant to deal with. I could understand everything keep hiring people like Randy in London Ontario that are native speakers and knowledgeable. Please please please. It will bode well for business I don’t care if they are from somewhere else but language is super important not knowing proper terminology is especially important”

“I purchased 5 cases of landscape edging. Took them home and used 3 boxes, opened the 4th box and it was full of miscellaneous items such as taps, power tools etc. Called rona on this and they found my extra 2 boxes still in store. The thing about this is I purchased the items in May and this was in September. They loaded my product and delivered it to me. We are approximately 1.5 hours away from the store. The store manager brought it out personally. I am very impressed with the service I received”

“The service from Rona in Manotick was excellent. This was the tenth store in Eastern Ontario I contacted looking for a particular type of paint. Many thanks to Adam for taking the time and effort to find me this product. I would call this "above and beyond" service.”

“I was at the Pickering Ontario store in the Plumbing section. Sales associate Noel helped me and gave me advice on how to install the shower drain. Another competitor's store I went to earlier for the same thing, said Sorry, we are not plumbers, can't give you any suggestions.”

“I walked in the store and there wasn’t any people around at the Caledonia and Castlefield location. There wasn’t a lot of staff as back when it used to be Lowe’s So I started racing my voice a little and saying hello is there anybody in here? It turns out to be that there was a man named Peter D’urso who said he could help me even though it was not his department. He was very helpful/knowledgeable, and took his time assisting me in getting what I needed. Great customer service and I am thankful”

“Cam into the 52 street se location in Calgary I needed to find a very specific screw for new kitchen doorknobs John and another lady who I didn’t get her name both helped me find exactly what I needed testing them in the knob I brought John was very helpful and I’d go back to this store for sure”

“very happy today as Rona @(Barton st.)employees made the day work very well, Brono was very helpful in finding the right product and in loading to the rental truck that was made available at a very decent price in 15 min, other staff as well helped in very professional customer service were very friendly and dedicated to the job, questions asked were answered by all means , great job everyone you all deserve these words from a customer and hope the owners appreciate it as well, thank you all.”

“I live in Barrie ON and I worked with an amazing lady named Kruti to purchase new kitchen cupboards. Kruti provided excellent service at all points of the purchase, design, delivery and installation. Joe installed the cupboards and he also was an excellent person to work with. I’m now a loyal Rona customer because of my experience with Kruti and Joe., L. Hewer”
