“I was at the Pickering Ontario store in the Plumbing section. Sales associate Noel helped me and gave me advice on how to install the shower drain. Another competitor's store I went to earlier for the same thing, said Sorry, we are not plumbers, can't give you any suggestions.”

“I walked in the store and there wasn’t any people around at the Caledonia and Castlefield location. There wasn’t a lot of staff as back when it used to be Lowe’s So I started racing my voice a little and saying hello is there anybody in here? It turns out to be that there was a man named Peter D’urso who said he could help me even though it was not his department. He was very helpful/knowledgeable, and took his time assisting me in getting what I needed. Great customer service and I am thankful”

“Cam into the 52 street se location in Calgary I needed to find a very specific screw for new kitchen doorknobs John and another lady who I didn’t get her name both helped me find exactly what I needed testing them in the knob I brought John was very helpful and I’d go back to this store for sure”

“very happy today as Rona @(Barton st.)employees made the day work very well, Brono was very helpful in finding the right product and in loading to the rental truck that was made available at a very decent price in 15 min, other staff as well helped in very professional customer service were very friendly and dedicated to the job, questions asked were answered by all means , great job everyone you all deserve these words from a customer and hope the owners appreciate it as well, thank you all.”

“I live in Barrie ON and I worked with an amazing lady named Kruti to purchase new kitchen cupboards. Kruti provided excellent service at all points of the purchase, design, delivery and installation. Joe installed the cupboards and he also was an excellent person to work with. I’m now a loyal Rona customer because of my experience with Kruti and Joe., L. Hewer”

I had the pleasure of working with Anil, who helped me design my kitchen—not just once, but multiple times—as I kept changing my mind throughout the process. His patience, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. Anil never made me feel rushed or like a burden; instead, he took the time to understand my vision and made thoughtful suggestions to bring it to life. “Stopped in Saturday for supplies to build a gazebo. Excellent service, greeting lady even left her post to find a cart for us. Delivered it to us in the store. All staff were helpful and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend Rona+ south Red Deer!! Thanks Rona+ -keep up the great service!!”

“Aadil at the W. Gwillimbury location is as good as it gets. We have dealt with him a couple of times on new purchases and warranty issue and his service couldn't have been better. He had Paris assist us with the last return warranty issue and she was great as well”

“I was looking for some plumbing parts today at the Pickering Ontario Store. One of the sales associates, Noel , helped me find what I was looking for. He was pleasant knowledgable and helpful. First of all, it's nice when you don't have to go searching for help over the entire store for help, and second of all its a real bonus when you find someone that can understand your needs and help to solve your problem. THANKS NOEL!”
