“I went shopping at Rona’s in Ancaster last week and Anibal who is a Dpt. Manager assisted me. I really did not know what I went in for but Anibal’s product knowledge and his helpfulness in answering all my questions was great. I ended up purchasing a few things that were suggested by Anibal that day. Kudo’s to Rona for having employees on board that are professional and helpful to us the customers. I have done other reviews for Rona as well because i feel that if a Customer Service Rona Employee goes over and beyond what their job description entails, then Rona should be notified about the performance of this employee. I feel confident about shopping at Rona for all my needs, and would recommend Anibal to all of Rona’s shoppers. Sincerely, Carmela”

“My fiance ordered a fireplace online and we received in a timely manner,. However, there was significant damage on the mantle! We called the store and were told we could bring it and return it to the the store to avoid hassle. We spoke someone named Jenn on the phone as well at the store. She was fantastic! She refunded the money and then re ordered the item right there for us. No hassles!”

“Went looking for a bathroom tap for my son's condo. Found a suitable one AND at a reduced (20% off) price. Took a pic, but couldn't get my son's approval before leaving. Came back two days later post consent. Much to my chagrin, the sale price was no more. Got direction from a fine man in the department to speak to manager/customer service. Did so, and with no hesitation, received the reduced price. Well done RONA+, I thought this kind of service was no more. Five-star rating from this guy!”

“Today my son and I visited Rona store on St. Charles Boulevard ( West Island ) to find a glass cutter that we were checking every other stores all morning with no result. Once we entered, a nice girl whose name was Rowena reached us and asked if she could help and in no time let us know where to go. Great thanks to the kind and knowledgeable manager, Mr. Roland, who saved our time by joining us and helped my son to find all the supplies he needed. Next time we do not bother to go elsewhere and we'll shop at this store. Excellent Management !”

“I would like to Thank Rona on behalf of my families : D’Angelo & Simonetta We have had the best customer service from Mr.Peter D’urso (employee #2512391) The 1st time Mr.D’urso helped my 90 year old Mother purchase a kitchen stove, he was extra kind and most courteous and very patient. We remembered Peter and came back to purchase a Washer & Dryer!! Again the best most caring Customer Service. The word has spread to our extended big families and they have all started shopping at Rona! We Thank you Rona for having a wonderful exemplary caring employee in your service Mr. Peter D’urso. Marlene,Alona and Nathan were Friendly and helpful but 100 stars goes to Tamar in the paint department.She helped me on 2 different visits to your store.Tamar goes out of her way to always help you to find the perfect product for your project. “Thank you so very much Michael Scott. hope your Boss gives you a raise after this review . i needed a part for a tap I was in stalling in my home you were amazing knew right away what I needed you had no problem understanding what I was looking for I was in and out of the store in under 5 min your a gentleman, your a great representative for the store. Now go teach those young ones how to deal with customers. I live 25 min from Rona from now on Rona will be the only store i will go to for anything I need. Thanks again Michael Scott. I live 5 min from The plumbing store on Adelaide the guy behind the counter gray hair and beard was so rude said he couldn't understand what I needed to go home take pic and come back (dick head) should not be dealing with customers if you don't enjoy your job its time to retire. And this is for cashier Lynn thank you also you were amazing any issues I have with my car I will certainly be coming in to see you.”

“We have never been disappointed at Lethbridge Rona and have shopped there for many years. It is our preferred store for our renovations/projects We have found all staff to be very helpful. From the friendly hello when you walk in, to the yard workers who load your orders, to the help desk where we’ve found knowledgeable sales persons who are quick to assist you. Most visits they have escorted me directly to the aisles I’ve needed. My last visit was a return without a receipt that went very easy and Ryan assisted me figuring out the best price for another purchase. We would recommend this store to anyone.”

“I had Rona Ottawa install windows - the installers were amazing ! I had a previous contractor measure incorrectly. Rona took back the patio door at no extra charge. The man that coordinated everything was brilliant ! I am going back today to order flooring I could save some money at Costco but I would not get the coordination of care from the home Reno dept and because of this I save using Rona Hunt Club Road”

“I was at Rona Plus at North west of London, Ontario today. A very nice and knowledgable gentleman whose name was Matt helped me a lot. He was very humble, kind and polite. Matt found what I need exactly, and brought all the cements for me, and after I purchased them, he put them at the back of my car too. I wish him all the best and I congratulate Rona Plus for hiring wonderful people like Matt.”

“Just finished putting the black MMT5X7G utility trailer together. This is by far the best utility trailer i have ever owned. The sturdiness,quality and functionality is second to none.Absolutely thrilled with it,and it only took an hour to put together. Very Happily, Alan Gradisek.”

“Hi, My name is Joyce H. and I shop at the Rona in Surrey on Fraser Highway. Had the best experience I could have asked for. Maurice was the employee who when beyond what was required of him. He found me a roller cart to start with, he said they sometime store they between the main aisle of items, or as I was told by the lady at the front to go to the back of the store. I had to get some shelving items and Maurice took me right to where they were, most appreciated. There was one shelving unit on the floor and I needed four shelving units, which were up high. Maurice quickly found the man that was on the fork lift and the gentlemen was there in five minutes, which was excellent. These shelving units are not light weight, so it was really nice Maurice offer to put them in my vehicle. Maurice went beyond what was required of an employee and that shows just what type of person he is. Truly a beautiful and concerned employee who cares for the customers.”
