“Stopped in Saturday for supplies to build a gazebo. Excellent service, greeting lady even left her post to find a cart for us. Delivered it to us in the store. All staff were helpful and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend Rona+ south Red Deer!! Thanks Rona+ -keep up the great service!!”

“Aadil at the W. Gwillimbury location is as good as it gets. We have dealt with him a couple of times on new purchases and warranty issue and his service couldn't have been better. He had Paris assist us with the last return warranty issue and she was great as well”

“I was looking for some plumbing parts today at the Pickering Ontario Store. One of the sales associates, Noel , helped me find what I was looking for. He was pleasant knowledgable and helpful. First of all, it's nice when you don't have to go searching for help over the entire store for help, and second of all its a real bonus when you find someone that can understand your needs and help to solve your problem. THANKS NOEL!”

“During my visit to purchase topsoil at the Langford location in December I was assisted by Sam in seasonal. Sam listened to me, he was polite, courteous and knew the product, and even showed me items that were marked down, which I would not have seen if not for him. First class service is rare nowadays, and its great to see that it does still exist!”

“The manager at Rona ( near the Costco in Windsor) was incredibly helpful on helping us find a Christmas tree. He went “ above and beyond” and provided exceptional customer service!!! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him, personally, and his store in general!!!!”

“I have been shopping at Fleetwood Rona for many years now. I am not angry contractor nor a skilled DIY guy. Every time I go there to buy something I think I need to do something at home I ask for advice and assistance. Starting from the station at the entry they listen, clarify, give advice and directions, sometimes call for someone who is specialist in the matter. Over last couple of months I experienced it several times. I also noticed few other customers like me asking for advice. Every time the response is professional and attitude friendly. Greg the manager, Annette, Nidhi, and Nisha from the front desk BRAVO and THANK YOU!!”

“I shop at the Rona on Gardiners Road, Kingston which was formerly a Lowes. I was shopping for some deck chairs when I met the department head, Andy. He gave me an excellent price for the chairs and unpacked and helped load them into my car. He gave the BEST customer service I have received in a long time. I will definitely continue to shop at this store and always look for Andy.”

“Although it has been a couple of months, my wife and I still feel compelled to rate Bev in the Garden Section at the Ancaster Rona store. Bev was pleasant, professional, patient, very informative and accommodating with our needs and our concerns. She educated on a few topics that we were ill informed on in the past. If every store had a human “Bev” in every department, there would not be the lack of Customer Service that is so prevalent in so many industries. Thank you, Bev!!!”

“Rona has been our go to store for the last few months as we are renovating our home. We want to express how helpful your sale associates are. Jay in plumbing and toilet and Barb in blinds. Their knowledge and expertise on item was a bonus. They are so friendly and always helping us find what we need and more. The staff at Rona Ira Needles has helped us above and beyond. Highly recommend Rona to all my family and friends.”

“Went to your store on Panet Road in Winnipeg to return a ceiling register on a Saturday. Bought the wrong one and took it back and the minute my boyfriend and I walked into the store we were asked how can we help you. We said we were here to return a ceiling register. The sales clerk gave us our refund in like 4 minutes and we were out of there. As my boyfriend and I were walking to our car we looked at each other and said what just happened. We have never gotten a refund that quickly. All I can say is Thank You Rona for your great customer service, which is lacking in so many stores today.”

“We special ordered Levolor Shades at Rona in Pickering and had the pleasure of Cindy to help us with them. She advised us on which product was best for us; sent an installer to take exact measurements; and advised us when Levolor was going to be having a discount promotion on these shades. in total we ordered shades for 5 windows. When the shades were ready for installation, Eddie ( installer ) did a great job installing them. The largest shade had a slight buckle in it and we waited a week or so, to see if this would work itself out. The shade in question did not improve, so Cindy advised us to take a picture of it and send it to her. Cindy dealt with Levolor and in turn they made us another shade. Cindy followed up with them and arranged the new shade to be installed. Eddie installed the shade and everything is great now. Thankyou for your exceptional service Cindy! Cindy is an asset to Rona and works tirelessly to do her best for customers. Eddie is a great installer and is also very pleasant to deal with. Sincerely Doug and Joy Pickering”

“I went to the Calgary Forest Lawn store today for some plumbing supplies. I was lucky enough to find Thomas to help me with what I was looking for. Thomas was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew where to find the solution for me. I really hope he gets a commendation, he truly deserves it! A+!!”

“I recently visited Rona-Plus in the south-end of Barrie looking for window blinds and related advice on the same. We were ever so pleased talking to a very knowledgeable, friendly and ever so helpful employee named Debbie to answer any questions or concerns we did have. She even clarified for me what measurements I needed and custom cut the blinds to my requirement. I have done the installation now and am very happy with the results. Thanks Debbie”
