“Initially we didn’t plan to purchase kitchen cabinets and countertop from Rona, until we accidentally met Mr. Justin Jin, in Fleetwood Surrey Rona branch, who gave us very detailed and professional information on the kitchen improvement and related knowledge. Justin’s kitchen design is considerate, useful and beautiful! We are very happy with the design that is way better than what we can imagine.”

“I purchased an "Ener-G+" HEA-21288-LED hanging infrared gazebo heater from Rona after looking at reviews and specs on all other available similarly priced units available at local hardware stores. The service at my local Rona store was superb (Tsawwassen Commons) and the product itself far outshines (sic) any similar products available on the market. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend others to consider getting one if they are looking for an infrared gazebo heater.”

“I am looking a Whirlpool washer currently. I did a research before shopping. Hossein from Rona Toronto store is a very helpful person. He has great patient listening to me and answer all my questions. I decided shopping in Rona because of Hossein's excellent service. He did great job. Kudos!!!”

“Tonight I went to Rona in Kelowna to buy a box fan. I went to the back of the store and a young man named Brandon immediately asked me if he could help me find anything. I told him what I was looking for and he went to a computer and found what I wanted. He took me to the fans but the price didnt match what he'd found online. He said I would get the fan at the lower price. He then went and got a cart, took two fans off the shelf (I was choosing between two)and put them into the cart, then up to the till. He told the cashier about the price difference, took the fan back that I chose not to buy, and then left.I didnt have to do anything! I have never been treated so well in Rona before. Thank you, Brandon, for your outstanding customer service and for just being a kind, caring person! I'll be back!”

“I picked up my order from Rona Midland location on 28th April. One of the toilet seats was broken so I had to come back on the 29th for the exchange. I was served by Rona staff Allaudin (Aloo). He was extremely helpful, courteous, and got my item exchanged fast on the curbside. Very impressed with his service. Thank you Allaudin for your great help. Cheers!!”

“I Picked up my order on Midland location. I was served by DAVID S. GUERRA. What a wonderful guy and so professional. He got my order ready on time and put it in my car. He was so courteous, cheerful, and very helpful. I am so glad that he did my order. My order was 3 toilets and they were very heavy. I noticed there was no help for him to lift those heavy loads. He was doing it all by himself. My request to Rona and the Manager: this is not safe, it is a health injury for the staff to lift the heavy stuff by themselves. Please consider giving extra help to the staff when it comes to lifting heavy stuff. Keep the great work, David S. Guerra!!”

“I recently purchased four major kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer from Rona in Kelowna and was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and great customer service received by the staff in the appliance department. Members of the team, Rick and Julie were extremely helpful and pleasant. Special note though goes to Alex Werk in that department who went way above and beyond to provide me with amazing, cheerful, professional and knowledgable service and is an invaluable asset to Rona. Staff like Alex Werk and the team make shopping at Rona a pleasure and I look forward to delivery of our purchases.”

“We bought an outdoor sectional, which was delivered without the cover that I had ordered with it, which was not a great experience. However, when we went to the store we had a wonderful experience at the Edmonds location with Delia, who got us a drop sheet for the night to protect our new purchase and actually drove to another location to ensure that we could get our cover the next day (as the Edmonds location didn't have any in stock). Big thanks to Delia!”

“Refer to order #16049896 The website is super. I ordered a lot of pipe parts and more online. The shipping was free and fast. But the review here is really because whoever packed this box should be given a raise or at least some props because it was so well packed. It contained a lot of very heavy metal pieces and there was so much work put into it. To be honest one small item was missing and I paid for it and don't even want to mention it because everything else was so well done. Super happy with Rona online and will be back soon, for sure. Thank you so much!”

“We had blinds that needed cut - we had bought them at Lowe’s and we were buying another blind at Rona - the attendant’s name was Brenda and she took our old blinds and shaved the 1/4 inch off and it saved us a trip to Lowe’s - Great customer service.”

“I ordered a beautiful linen tower at a good price. The only problem is that it didn’t arrive, notwithstanding my having been given 4 delivery dates over 2 months. Then it arrived without notice. The customer service people were pleasant, but they have no authority to make decisions. It was then referred to a supervisor who tried to untangle the whole mess. She gave me a further price reduction. Finally she referred the matter to her escalation team. A fellow named Shawn I. contacted me. He asked me for a few days, because he needed to look into it and said he wanted to make me happy. He came back to me as promised and gave me a further significant discount. I’m now shopping at Rona/Lowe’s again. I understand the frustration of so many who’ve posted on this site. My suggestion, if it’s not working with customer service, ask to go to the escalation team. I’m more than pleased with my resolution.”

“This review is thank to manager Chris G. from Rona Burlington on Ironstone dr. We purchased a wrong patio sliding door (right hand instead of left hand) on line. Chris not only found the right door in his ware house but also rented the van for us, free of charge. We were done in no time with the switch of doors. And thank to Chris we have right door.”

“Langley Rona- manager Doug and staff Shaun were absolutley amazing today. Out product had a missing “parts package” and we were in the middle of building it. It was something we had planned for the weekend, and had friends come over to help with.... so the set back was not convenient..... but when we called the store, Doug was able to confirm getting us the needed items, and I was able to drive down right away! (On a Sunday!) Thank you for saving the day team!! Five hundred stars :)”
