“The young blokes at the Ringwood Centre were very kind and extremely helpful in removing Thule Roof Racks that had been purchased and installed elsewhere but could not be removed by the original suppliers - Ivanhoe Bikes SuperStore in Bell Street. The importer of Thule products (in Sydney) recommended roof Racks Galore as being wonderful - and they were.”

“Took 10 days to be delivered. I was required to call 7 days after order to discover the item still was yet to be shipped. Was promised same day delivery following that and it still didn’t happen.”

“Can't relly complain about this supplier EXCEPT that their choice of couriers id poor. I ordered a ladder rack (cost me all up $434) on Nov 3 and still have not got it. I'm chasing the courier atm of course. As I said RR Galore were OK to deal with but the courier used by them is expensive and unreliable. I wouldn't bother posting thid but you asked !!”

“Dissapointing, I placed an order with Roofs Rack Galore becasue they said they had items in stock and would deliver in 2 business days. After placing the order and paying I was contacted by roof racks galore and told that if I did not pay extra costs to ship the items from separate warehouses then I would have to wait over a month for delivery. I cancelled the order and went elsewhere”
