“I ordered an item listed as in stock online, however they didn’t have stock and they had to order the item which meant a 10 business day wait. Although this was the case they were listed as in stock on the website after my order. I notified them and they still listed the item as in stock. Once I received the order they packed the wrong parts. I have waited for almost 3 weeks for my order and now I need to organise the correct parts to be sent. Very disappointing service. I will be writing to Yakima about the distribution of their products.”

“Ripper Roofracks Galore at North Lakes! Bit surprised at the brief reviews previously in light of the outstanding service and quality of product that we received beyond our expectations. RRG's Jacob 'went the extra mile' sourcing products from another store when they didn't have in stock then upgraded the product at no extra cost when selected one didn't quite fit. Then kept in touch promptly to arrange fitting and able to squeeze us in earlier when an unexpected timeslot became available. Efficient, courteous, helpful staff - wouldn't hesitate to recommend for quality of product, service and value.”

We sincerely apologise for the confusion. As we are customer of the freight companies we are also disappointed in the delay in your order arriving. As our Brisbane warehouse had a majority of the items in stock, with the platform itself being in Victoria, we opted to split ship your order at no extra cost to ensure it arrived with no further delays. As the platform is a larger item and coming from Victoria, it may take longer than initially expected to arrive.

“I would like to give very positive credit for outstanding service to Jacob at North Lakes . We were under a very tight schedule to find a pod for our Tiguan as we were heading to Katherine -NT. Jacob went above and beyond and his service style and knowledge made a very positive impression. This also leaves a positive experience with Roof Racks Galore.”

“Brilliant service, installation and timing. If you wait while they install your rack make sure you take a chair. I had to do my iPad work on a rubbish bin outside and standing for about an hour. No coffee ….no water….no personal attention. Disappointing.”
