Hello Sam; Sorry for the delay with your order. At around the time of your order we turned on a second distribution location. In the long term this will create considerable convenience for our customers. In the first week there were a couple of customers for whom delays were inadvertently caused. I can confirm delivery was attempted for your package already and it is being held at the Canberra depot for collection. Thanks again for your message and for your understanding.

“Ordered a product to be sent express delivery by startrack - said 1 day delivery - has taken 2 days so far and haven't even been sent a tracking number. I leave on holiday tomorrow, which is the reason I bought the product, but I won't be able to use it.”

As you may have been informed your items, needed to be transferred from one of our stores to the warehouse, before dispatch and will be dispatched today. “Didn’t have the advertised roof rack in stock (Cruz Airo). They said they only order them from Spain once every 3 or 4 months. 3 stars because they refunded my money fairly quickly.”
