Thanks for your message Amy, I understand your frustration. I was brought in on this issue yesterday. It's my understanding that your freight was temporarily lost by the courier and then delivered, not including all packages. We have re-sent the part which was lost in transit and are pursuing our courier for credit. I'm confident this will arrive in time for your weekend adventure. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your understanding.

“Purchased something that needed a clearer description of the item quantity. Thought I was getting two of something that I only received one of. However shipping and checkout has a decent user interface which is why I chose Roof Racks Galore over another website. Just feeling a bit ripped off when the other website was selling a two pack for the same price as the Roof Racks Galore one pack”

“Online store persons very helpful. Click and collect process could have been better. Made 3 phone calls over 3hrs regarding a simple order and on final call was told “we have those in stock so can come in anytime” all previous calls were “wait for a text when items would be ready”. Waited hours which delayed fitment. Either purchase instore or if you can, wait for delivery. Click and collect experience was not ideal.”
