“I am still waiting to be told that the goods have arrived in the store. I have been asked to revise the review above "now that the issue has been dealt with". Unfortunately, the person that asked me to revise the review has been misinformed. After I contacted Roof Racks Galore by email I was told that they sold me an item that they don't have in stock and they offered to charge me an extra $14 to get one delivered to me in two months. I'm not sure that this counts as "dealt with". I have asked them to clarify what they were offering since it seems like such a bad deal that I wonder if they really meant it. I am still waiting for the item to be delivered to the store so that I can pick it up from there. I still think that Roof Racks Galore's service gets one star...and I have reduced the likelihood that I would recommend them to a friend to zero.”

“Had an issue with Roof racks galore asking for $300 extra when the product was no longer available in WA after I purchased in the Black Friday sales. After speaking with Abbie in Web sales she was brilliant and resolved everything. Very happy with the outcome and now waiting the delivery .”

“I purchased a set of roof racks online for click and collect and it said all items were in stock. When I called the store to find out when the order would be ready to collect they advised that they didn't have the stock and the website was incorrectly showing stock levels due to a recent merge with another roof rack store. The team member I spoke to said they would not transfer stock between stores to fill the order, and that if I wanted it immediately I'd need to drive to a store 30km away. Otherwise it will be about a 2 week wait to order in parts (but no exact time has been confirmed at this point in time so who knows if it will be two weeks?). Overall, this is very poor service. Incorrect stock levels on the website is already a badly managed service, but to then offer no solution besides either waiting for an order to arrive when their other stores in the metro area have stock, or for me to go a very long way out of my way to collect from a different store is exceptionally poor. I will collect my order when all the parts are available, but I will not shop here again.”

“My click and collect experience was excellent, but while in the store I saw some less positive treatment of callers and the body language and comments made about callers who were difficult revealed that this would be a store that could be very bad when things go wrong.”
