“Still waiting for my racks. Great advice and service over the phone, but wish I had picked up from my closest store so I could have them for the weekend but based my purchase on the website saying "overnight delivery". Looks like it will be more like 5~6 days and all within the local Brisbane area. Might be best to change the "overnight" statement so buyers are disppointed with the wait. Otherwise a 10/10 experiance”

“The online service is good. Dispatch was fast. Third party Delivery is poor. It took > 48 hours for the item to reach GC depot from Brisbane. Should have opted for click and collect.”

“I am a tradie specializing in pool compliance solutions, & operate out of a Mazda BT-50 ute. I am tired of buying cheap string based cargo nets every year or two, so searched hard to find a quality product of Safeguard MEDIUM TOOLBOX NET, but next challenge was finding a local (Sydney north-west) auto dealer shop that sold Safeguard products. After calling & visiting every shop I got link to Roof Racks Galore website from Safeguard "resellers" web page. Ordered on a Friday & it arrived the next Wednesday = fabulous service & very high quality product, but also good value!”
