I hope that our conversation has at least confirmed that we are committed to good service even when our couriers let us down. I do apologise for the confusion with your first order and that this one has not arrived in a timely manner. “I'm happy with the bars and the delivery was swift. But I asked about, and thought I had ordered four lockable end caps for the end of the bars and instead received one barrel. Really unhappy about that.”
