“placed the order and no acceptance reply for 5 days, not even received the rack yet and you want to know feed back. your trucking company has done nothing in 4 days except inform me that the delivery will be an additional 2 more days from the 24 th April. Stop useing holiday breaks as an excuse, everything is still open, the whole of Australia does not shut down.........”

Good afternoon Mark, Thanks for your feedback. The courier's tracking map is often confusing as it often displays the whole journey from the start. We generally recommend for more details to use the scan history on the same tracking Apps different for different carriers.
