“I actually thought Roseland Furniture made some of their own furniture including the nest of tables I purchased. They arrived in very good time. I gave 3 stars because 1) it is not made by Roseland, although it has a name plate screwed on the underside. 2) the wooden tops are so different they do not look like a set. 3) the larger table is cracked where the legs are screwed to the table. This is where the person from Vietnam has put the quality control sticker. I emailed Roseland. I was informed the 3 different table tops are colours because they are real wood but, in my view they are coated anyway. The 3 colours could have been chosen to match not, one of them being an orange colour. I was asked to send photos and then I was asked if I wanted to return the tables or have £15 refuned. I chose to have a refund as I informed the person who had asked because, I couldn't be bothered to organise a return. As my husband and I work 12 hour days. Returning them was not a feasible option to me.”

“Lovely item of furniture. Arrived very well packaged and delivered by friendly team. Have awarded 4 stars as the delivery time was a bit misleading on the website when I placed the order. Time is quoted from despatch and not from order, so overall it was a couple of days longer than I had anticipated. Otherwise very good service and I would certainly use Roseland again.”

“Just a little bit disappointed because photo in one of the 'House' magazines looked as thought legs were were made of wood, but that was my fault for not looking for that specification. Being all plastic the chairs look better as patio garden furniture rather than dining room furniture. There was quite a lot of instances where the plastic on the frame had run out of mould and had to be trimmed off in order to get legs to fit flat to surface. Pretty chairs though.”

“I received my second delivery of the Cheltenham blue sideboard. The first was returned for damage. The second is also damaged. Customer service was very good however and quickly sorted for me. I’m left with a problem though as don’t want to return again. Its such a shame as it’s a beautiful piece.”

“Still waiting for a bed delivery (which is advertised as 3-5 working days) after 17 days. It is still with the courier and ROSELAND furniture are unable to resolve this. Very disappointing.”

“We are very happy with the products bought namely Royalcraft Wentworth sofa dining set. Only criticism would be time it took to deliver. It said 4-5 days on website but delivered in 7. Normally it wouldn’t be a problem but we particularly wanted it in that timeframe for a party we were having so was rather unfortunate for us. Probably better not to state how long it will take if it’s not possible to actually deliver.”

“Ordered bed 13/06, stated 3-5 days delivery. Contacted Roseland 22/06 as still no delivery date. Customer service investigated, item lost in delivery depot. Agreed to order another and to use different carrier. Was promised item to be delivered by 30/06. No further communication, via email/phone confirming this. Contacted Roseland 28/06 as heard nothing. Customer service very poor. Basically said they had done what they said they would do and could do no more. Not even an apology and very much ‘I dont care’ attitude. Very disappointed as wanted to buy local and initial contact in store had been good Unable to review actual item as we have never received it.”
