“Recieved my new furniture,a lamp table,a TV unit and a console table very happy with them however I bought these items as they are ready assembled as I am a 65yr old lady who lives alone and no DIY skills, I can manage putting handles on ( which I expected ) but the console table came in 4 pieces and had to be assembled. I had to wait until I could find a handyman to put this together for me. I did email company to let them know that I wasn't aware of this and if I had would probably not have ordered from them ,they just said it was minimal assembly required as stated,not altogether Happy with this response,but on the plus side I love the furniture.”

“Unfortunately, the first tv cabinet that arrived was badly scratched. Roseland were quick to send a replacement but unfortunately that one also had a mark on top, which I couldn't remove completely. I accepted a very small refund as I couldn't be bothered to return another one! I don't think their quality control exists......”

“Couldn’t recommend higher. Very quality product - just what I was after. Having purchased a slightly cheaper variant from another company previously and suffering because the consequences, it is very good to find such quality without it being too expensive. Quick delivery too.”

Hello, We are sorry that we have not met expectations with the service provided. It is unfortunate the way the drivers left your item in February, causing an issue with the item.
