“This is a lovely blanket box. It was very well packaged and protected from damage in transit with good foam corners. It is well made and very good value for the price. Unfortunately the courier did not deliver as scheduled but Roseland customer service staff were very timely in chasing up the courier and getting updates from them as best they could so they cannot be faulted.”

“We are absolutely thrilled with our new sideboard. The colour is amazing, the quality is excellent and all the family are admiring it. Arrived well packed with no damage or problems whatsoever. We will know where to come next time we are looking for furniture. Many thanks”

“The sideboard I purchased is absolutely lovely quality and very solid. The furniture was packaged really well but easy unpack. No marks on the furniture at all. The two delivery drivers arrived an hour earlier than arranged, were very polite, quick and efficient and delivered to the room of my choice. I would definitely recommend Roseland furniture for the products, the service and overall customer experience.”

“I ordered 3 items. First two items arrived, a week apart, then problems with their courier meant the largest item never arrived. I’m local to the company and yet the items were delivered separately, which is hardly efficient at a time when there’s a shortage of delivery drivers. It was sometime before Roseland would acknowledge that the 3rd item was lost, by which time it was out of stock. I waited and waited, heard nothing so chased it again, to be told that yes, it was back in stock, they just hadn’t got round to sending it to me, even though they were paid in full when the order was placed. Charming words in emails do not make up for lack of action and inefficiency. The furniture is ok-ish. The drawers in the bedside cabinets are very loosely fitted, as a result there are very noticeable gaps.”
