“Very good product, if a bit expensive especially with delivery charge”

Hello Ian McGregor Thank you for your feedback, we are happy you like the bookcase, unfortunately some Scottish postcodes do incur a delivery charge, this is something we are unable to avoid I'm afraid. This is due to high costs to deliver to these higher areas, including the off shore Islands around our coasts. Kind regards Roseland

“Once again excellent service from Roseland. Very fast delivery, the wine cupboard arrived beautifully packed and in excellent condition. Absolutely delighted with my purchase, beautifully made and excellent value for money. I will certainly use Roseland again and will be recommending them to all my friends. “We ordered 3 items of furniture from the Surrey oak range . All items arrived within 3 days . The tv unit , coffee table & sideboard are beautiful , they came ready made , very well & safely packed , affordable prices & we are more than happy . Thank you !”

“Service very friendly and helpful and we love the blanket box (Surrey Oak), it's great value. However only 4 stars as the courier co Roseland employed is unbelievably bad (Tuffnells).”

“My only complaint would be that I bought my item online and paid the money but was a bit worried when I heard nothing past the first email saying that I had placed the order etc. I could not find any contact details other than a generic contact me email which I used to chase up information. However my email was answered promptly it would just be nice to be kept automatically updated on the progress of an order”

“Fantastic service off Roseland Furniture. Arrived 2 days after ordering it. One unit had a fault down the back but were more than happy to either replace or give me a partial refund.
