“Service very friendly and helpful and we love the blanket box (Surrey Oak), it's great value. However only 4 stars as the courier co Roseland employed is unbelievably bad (Tuffnells).”

“My only complaint would be that I bought my item online and paid the money but was a bit worried when I heard nothing past the first email saying that I had placed the order etc. I could not find any contact details other than a generic contact me email which I used to chase up information. However my email was answered promptly it would just be nice to be kept automatically updated on the progress of an order”

“I have been trying to return a damaged item for nearly 3 weeks now....... I am still waiting for the couriers to contact me and cannot get a refund until they collect it. I have chased this request many times and getting no where.....”

“Fantastic service off Roseland Furniture. Arrived 2 days after ordering it. One unit had a fault down the back but were more than happy to either replace or give me a partial refund. Replied to email and phone call within minutes. Well dine Roseland. Will definitely use you again for more furniture.”

“Refunds and collections are like pulling teeth with this company. They use literally the worst delivery company I've ever encountered. They failed to collect my item 3 times and were unable to explain why and refused to offer any compensation for completely wasting my time. The products they sell are perfectly fine, however if you shop around I've seen similar items on wayfair that sell for a third of the price. The book case that I had to return was designed by someone who hates books as the shelves were too short to fit any actual books on it.”
