“The console table I ordered is perfect, it looks really lovely and is really solid and well built. The drawers move smoothly and the rustic look is just what I was after. The waiting time for this to come was short which was really pleasing as it was replacing a broken console. The delivery was efficient and great advice from the person who delivered it as to how best to unpack it, for ease. I would highly recommend the funiture and this site.”

“We ordered a London Oak triple wardrobe, ordering was quick & easy & good communication. Delivery company kept us informed of delivery date well in advance & it arrived on time. Very pleased with the packaging & the wardrobe is very high quality oak, easy to assemble & looks great. Would use this company again & would recommend no hesitation. Good quality product.”

“Purchased GRACE SMALL TV STAND in dark blue. Absolutely fantastic. Looks exactly the same as on picture. Plus currently on sale- Bonus! I’ve seen exactly the same tv stand on Made.com for double the price.. Delivery has been fast, I had all the updates which was very useful. Definitely purchasing again from you. Happy customer!!”

“Absolutely beautiful piece of furniture; it still has the lovely handcrafted smell from inside it. The packaging was so secure that any scratch during transit could never come on it. It’s the perfect size for the items i need to store. Thank you Roseland Furniture; I will soon be making another purchase.”

“Was a huge fan after discovering you last year, even recommended you to my customers. Won't be doing that anymore and won't be ordering from you again, on my last order I was accused of lying and was told order would arrive every day of 1 week until the Saturday when told was lost and I cancelled order. I haven't yet received a response to my complaint email either, but don't expect to now. Customer service is my bug bear, if you want customers you need to look after them.”

Dear Liz King, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise that the delivery was not up to expectations. It was not our intension to make you feel in anyway bad. We can only go by the information we are given. We did contact you on this delivery and explained that we, as well as yourself had been misinformed by the courier on the dates and times. this was looked into extensively and we emailed you with the results. unfortunately the results from the courier did not have the best outcome and we refunded you for your item.
