“The one star is solely based on the state of the product. The staff would have received 5 stars. Regrettably the corner TV unit was badly damaged, however Roseland acted immediately and offered us a full refund or a replacement. A replacement was our choice.”

“Nice Tallboy, unfortunately it came with two large cracks on the back....delivery issue I suspect. However it came within time delivery guy was excellent an Roseland very promptly reduced the cost for me. But for that issue it would have been 5 stars”

“Mango wood table with brushed gold/brass hairpin legs. Bought this to go with a mango wood sideboard that I bought from Next. Absolutely perfect table! Looks more expensive than I paid and very sturdy with very heavy solid wood top. Easy to attach legs which aren’t cheap shiny looking, really nice tone of brass/gold that match my unit perfectly. Really pleased with my purchase.”

“I’ve been getting bothered to write a review so here it is. The telephone table was easy to assemble. Its quality is no more than acceptable but it does the job for me. It was overpriced. Delivery was fine and my contact with the company to update the delivery address was really good. They dealt with my problem with the minimum of fuss. So full marks for that, but the actual product drags that down to 3 stars.”

“It was delivered in to my garden with no advance notice from the courier service. They did not tell me it was out for delivery or that it had been delivered. It sat in my garden for a night before it was seen by my neighbour as I was away. Once home I unpacked the item and it was damaged in several places. When I contacted Roseland they asked me to look for the quality control label so they could see who had checked it before shipped, no label, no one had checked it. Returning it was a headache and I had to chase to get it collected while it took up space in my living room. A poor quality product and the customer service was no better. I would not recommend.”

“For what I paid it’s ok but it’s not great . The cushions are poorly fitted as is the stool under the chaise lounge part . It’s not going to last long but will have to do for now”
